this location is struggling. rice was uncooked and slow service. hope they can turn it around here because i love crisp and green usually!

It’s not often at a fast food restaurant that you get the same level of service and attention that you would find and a place like 801 chophouse!

Placed a large order today that was never delivered. Was charged over $100, but never received my food. When I called the business (5 times today) no one answered and their mailbox is full. Really unfortunate as I enjoyed this place- but this lack of customer service is unacceptable

I don't know how, but they keep missing ingredients. Unless you watch them make it, you'll certainly be missing something. You guys need new staff or something because these salads are too expensive to miss ingredients every time.
Not worth the buck . I called asked if they could exchange my horrible salad they said, "if I would have came right back after ordering they would have." Despite it being close to closing time . I called the following morning. Either way I'll stick to Mad Greens or Cheesecake Factory salad.
