If you value your gut health, avoid. Many other restaurants next door that will serve you better. Ive eaten here a number of times over the last several months, the last 2 times I ate there my stomach felt... funky to say the least. Had some family go there this weekend and they were incapacited for about 2 days. On top of that they charge you a premium for a very sub par product.

Oh my gosh! Whichever two people you got on schedule the man and woman here today between 435pm-445pm while I was there...they are amazing. I was a little early for my online order. But I came in they were completing some restock tasks it looked like. And the woman immediately started to work on my online order. Next a woman with children came in and the gentleman promptly took her walk up order. Then he assisted where he could as the woman finished up my order after the walk in left. I ordered the apple cider Fresca and the time before it didn't taste as good as it did tonight. They balanced the ingredients and flavors so perfectly. 🍽️🤩

Last few times I’ve ordered online and given it 30 minutes just in case it took a while after having a few very long experiences already… Showed up and no one knew of my order (2nd time that’s happened) and ended up standing around waiting. Food is decent but the chicken is dry and items on build your own get missed often. I really want to love this place since it’s so close and relatively healthy in comparison to places around but the service is making it difficult to return.

The salads were great but the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired and made me feel a bit uneasy. The tables were sticky even though we were the only ones there, so staff had plenty of time to wipe them down. When I saw behind the counter on my way to the bathroom I noticed vegetables and empty avocado rinds strewn around the floor and staff seemed unconcerned. The cherry on top was a toilet that didn’t flush.

Overall this place has the sleek appearance of a modern, upscale salad shop but I worry about lack of attention to detail and it will affect my choice of whether or not to return.

The only good thing about our experience was the smoothies. I got the honey mustard wrap and there was barely any chicken on it and you would have never known that it had honey mustard.

The service was terrible. When we showed up around 1:30 the doors were locked?? The young man at the salad counter didn't seem to know what he was doing and took forever. At first we thought he was the only one there and that might be part of the problem. But then as we were waiting (at least 15 minutes) we eventually saw two other workers come out from the back. Initially they did more chit chatting than working. Finally, one of them made our smoothies. The (very few) customers that arrived after us waited at least as long as we did, and then we heard one of the customers telling the young man that he messed up his order. Another customer ended up walking out because they were tired of waiting.

And we noticed some of the tables around us were dirty and the chairs hadn't even been pushed in from previous customers.

Food was not mediocre. But the service and atmosphere were awful. This was my first time picking up and I won't be going back. They took 30 minutes just to make my salad. Plus The staff was so unprofessional and completely ignored me. I was the only one in the store, and the staff was sitting around chatting, goofing off and chatting. You guys need proper help.

Used to be my go to place, but now it is hit or miss depending on who is working. Some associates are really friendly and do everything correctly, others could care less and mess up your order even though you ask for one of there signature bowls.. Not sure what happened
