Cuba Cuba isn't trying to reproduce authentic Miami Cuban dining, Cuba Cuba IS cuban food - possibly at its best - right here in Denver. Yes I am biased but if I were given the option, I'd vote this place the best restaurant in Denver. You eat here - you will be full AND happy.
Pro tips:
1. Leave the tostones on top of the platter so they don’t get soggy
2. Serve the tops vieja with the stew so it stays succulent during the duration of the meal.
Everything was delicious and flavorful. By far the tastiest juncture of my Denver journey. This was well worth the 17 minute walk

Very cozy restaurant that serves delicious food through and through. We were so happy with our food that we even ordered desserts and Cuban coffee! The staff were really friendly and helpful in describing and recommending dishes.
