For my daughter's reception we planned a Mexican buffet with Chicken Enchiladas and Chili Rellenos. Outstanding! There were so many complements. Jeff you've done it again. Can't wait for the next big family thing. We'll be in touch.

We used Lisa and her team for a firm event. They did a great job! Food was great and everyone enjoyed. The setup and lead up to the event went very smoothly. Lisa did a great job of coordinating special desserts for our event. Hope to use them again in the near future!

I was at training for a week at the Bobcat training center which these folks catered our lunches. In spite of the van that would invoke fear in the populace if it were driving through a residential neighborhood, the food and service could be summed up in one word - outstanding. Great food, great staff, an establishment worthy of your business.

Culinary Wave is fantastic! We have lunch catered in 3 or 4 days a week, and we let them pick the menu's for us. They give us a fantastic variety of foods and there is always enough for everyone. Culinary Wave should be your next call for any event you are hosting, they are accommodating, efficient, affordable, and very good at what they do!

I've used them for bridal showers, birthday parties, Christmas Eve parties (warm at home), wedding anniversaries and they definitely don't disappoint. Lisa and Jeff are great! The food and cakes are amazing!!

Been acquainted with the owners for 2 decades and I've eaten their food countless times. Is there any cuisine they can't prepare? I doubt it. I was working with Lisa on an event we are planning next month. She promised to follow up with me and get me a proposal 3 different times. Each time I never received anything. I would then follow up and she would let me know she had been busy and would get it to me soon. I finally followed up one last time and she explained she was having a hard time keeping up with both of her jobs and a large event they were hosting but would get me the proposal that evening. I have now followed up 2 additional times and have still heard nothing back. I had been emailing with Lisa for almost a month, and am now having to scramble to find a different caterer for our event since she never followed through with the proposal.

This company and the team I worked with are completely amazing. I had a very important corporate event for 125ppl and I contracted with them for food, service and bartenders. The team arrived, I showed them where to stage, where I wanted the food & where I wanted the bar. After that – I did absolutely nothing. They handled every single bit of the food and beverage set up, distribution, clean up & packaging of leftovers. They created a beautiful display on the buffet area as well. We had a combination of stationary and passed hors d'oeuvres. I have had nothing but positive feedback from attendees regarding the food quality itself and the quantities were about perfect. I also have to mention that this is one of the few caterers I've dealt with who do not nickle and dime you to death. Their costs are upfront and very reasonable. I’m so very pleased and I highly recommend Culinary Wave if you need a catered event at your home or for your company.
