I’ve only had Culver’s 3 times. I think they are a great chain but this experience was okay! The two times I’ve gone before (Loxahatchee location) everything came out extremely fresh and delicious. The Denver, not so much. The fries were very cold upon receiving but I had no energy to return or request new ones. Especially for 3 orders. Even tried the chilli fries and were also cold. The mixers/shakes are awesome! I don’t usually eat “fast food” so all it takes is one time to send me in the other direction! I’d be willing to give it another shot!

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant honestly. The butter burger is sooooo good with just cheese. Their fries are also nice and crisp which is a huge bonus. I’ve also tried their cheese curds and onion rings and both were amazing. The staff has been super friendly and prompt each time I had visited. I will certainly be back soon.

I have never wrote such terrible reviews but the customer service we received today was absolutely ridiculous and needs to be mentioned for possible improvement. Instead of the drive thru, we ordered at the counter. Because we went to the restaurant around 2pm, it wasn’t a busy time so we took the time to park. This was our first time here so the employee may have been agitated to see us take so much time to decide on the menu. He has clicked his tongue on us multiple times and had kept talking to the other employees mid-order. That was excusable until he forgot half of the items on our order. We were informed by a different employee (who was very nice) that the rest of the order is being made. We waited 10-15 minutes near the counter for the rest of our food. We went up to the same employee that took our order to see what happened to the rest of the order being made. He had no idea where our food was until the manager has rushed from the back to bring us the rest of the order. Mind you, we ordered a concrete mix and a shake so it was mostly melted in the cup. No straws or spoons were given, just melted ice cream after waiting 30 minutes total in the restaurant. This is not FAST food, more like SLOW food with poor quality. I wish we would have asked the employee’s name so no other customer would have to experience this devastation again. Though, the burger was delicious so I’m utterly disappointed that I will never go back to taste this good food again, ALL because of this customer service experience. The price wasn’t worth it either.

My chicken cashew salad 🥗 was superb! So was the staff...totally customer service oriented! A most pleasurable dining experience! Angela, who works 💪 in the dining area was particularly kind and helpful to me after a long tiring flight from DC!

We need some of these in Massachusetts as soon as possible. The burger was great. Very tasty. Very juicy. The cheese curds were good. The fries were fine. Crinkle cut which i like. The custard was great. Smooth and flavorful even tho I just got regular chocolate with nothing mixed in. This location was very clean and the staff was very nice. They even bring your order over to where you're sitting. Culvers please expand to Massachusetts!
