It was really good the chicken was crispy and the beef was very tender and flavorful. The pops tickets were very juicy and a really good sweet sauce

The manager of this place needs to be changed. Don't ask for much but respect and this manager is a piece of work. I used to come 3 times a month and because of the manager I would not come any longer.

Parking: Manager sucks

The food here is mediocre at best, but the more egregious offense is its misrepresentation of Korean food. As see in other reviews, it is also very clear that they skimp on portions as a means of saving on costs (most of the meals are going to have a VERY high ratio of rice, cabbage, noodles, and/or the typically cheaper ingredients).

They have put in minimal effort to actually make the food authentically Korean, while they use Korean food as a selling point in a regretfully successful way.

If you need a quick bite in a bind, the food is fine. But do not expect this to be anywhere near an accurate representation of Korean food. There is a reason this franchise only exists in states without a large population of Koreans.

I ordered delivery through Uber Eats which was not the best experience as they added things to our bill that we never ordered. So not the restaurant's fault. With that said this place is so so good! The japchee noodles and beef were so good. Will be my new go to for Korean food now which I think is something that is severely missing in Denver compared to other cities

Just a heads up to the owner - not accepting cash is against Colorado state law. I usually use cards myself, but certain demographics often prefer cash, and you're both breaking the law and telling them they're not welcome. Yikes.

The bowl I got was OK - fried chicken, pork, and what I remember was somewhat of a creamy sauce - I would have chosen a different, lighter sauce next time. The older woman who helped me was nice.

I live in Fort Collins, and Cupbop is my go-to stop for my Korean fix whenever I'm in Denver (I can't get enough of those clear noodles!) Last time I was there I had my elderly mom and infant with me and we caught a flat in the parking lot. The manager was so awesome, sending out a couple of guys to pop my spare on for me. I really hope they open a location closer bc I will forever be a fan.

I ordered a Combo Bop, and I was expecting something with half chicken half beef. Instead, I got 40% rice, 30% cabbage, 23 % noddles, 5% beef, and 2% chicken! 😞. Only 3 pieces of chicken. The cup is more than half full of rice and cabbage

Great food and usually empty on a Saturday for dinner. The service is good and I usually get a combo bop with the BBQ chicken and BBQ pork with the 7.5 heat sauce. I’ve gotten the fried chicken before and it has been either dry or perfect. The mandoo is amazing and I highly recommend trying it. The sauce it comes with is a sweet sauce but the umami is perfect paired with the mandoo.
