I wanted to take pictures of our delicious food but before I knew it, it was already in my belly. I took my family there yesterday. I already had high expectations after following them on instagram and waiting for the opportunity to visit a location since I live in California. The Denver Cupbop absolutely exceeded every single expectation possible. The staff made us feel like a vip service especially after learning we are a military family. The food was absolutely delicious and even my kids (the pickiest kids on the planet) devoured their food. Will absolutely be making trips just to visit here again. Praying we get on in SoCal soon! Thank you again to the staff, you are truly amazing people.

Food: 30/50 Service: 25/25 Ambience: 20/25 Total: 75/100 I really WANTED to like it. To be honest this is far fetched from what Korean food actually is. I am half Korean so I an a bit bias... I do think my dissatisfaction stems from the marketing as this is more of a fusion food than Korean food in a cup. The portions of rice and cabbage compared to the meat was not satisfying for the price you're paying. Also why cabbage???? Its not even pickled like kimchi or takwon??? The best part was the japchae. I would recommend trying the sauce or asking for it on the side be mine was covered in it. While it looked yummy it was overwhelming on the pallet. I picked the mild sauce which was surprisingly sweet. Three stars because its not amazing ... but its also not too terrible if you are trying to branch out and try new food? I hate writing unhappy reviews but I just needed to be honest and warn people if you're in Denver trying to get Korean food. Nonetheless, I will try to come back again and attempt the ramen. Maybe it'll be better. We shall see!

Fresh, tasty food and friendly staff make this a definite spot for a solid, flavorful meal. May I ask why half the restaurant is a storage space? Also, the door to the ordering side of the house has been broken for quite some time.

Think Chipotle in a bowl but Asian flavored and better. That's exactly what you get here. I wish had photos (but I was saving room in my phone on my vacation). I also was given a free upgrade by the kind woman working the desk. Thank you for the hospitality. 10/10 taste 10/10 service What more could you want?

A hole in the wall around 16th street mall downtown Denver that has nice Korean barbecue beef, chicken and potatoes noodles. The price is just right. They offer different varieties of spicy to pick from no spicy to very hot spicy. Got the beef bop bowl with rice, noodle, cabbage and beef and it tasty. It was a nice mixture with mild spicy. If you want a quick Korean barbecue try it.

They had me when my wife dropped her bowl and they were so nice about it. A very nice employee came and cleaned the mess and another employee made us a new one. I couldn't but help to tip them extra for being so kind. I'm not sure if that affected the flavor in our minds, but the great service made her enjoy the food more when we got home. Also a tip is to mix it up. At home we poured it into another bowl and stirred it up. We also cut the noodles and ate it with a spoon. It's very tasty once it's all mixed and easier to handle. Maybe there's an option for them to do it in the store, but I don't know. On a side note I was a little confused about the menu and the choices of meats, but it seems like really easy to figure one you do. I really want to support businesses like this that are trying to do something unique in Denver while offering great customer service. Give them a try and you may have something you just want to eat again. Big thumbs up too Cupbop!

Awesome little Korean place found in 16th Street. I wasn't sure what to expect but the pictures looked good. The server was happy to give me a sample of the pork, chicken and beef which was awesome! I went with the combo so I could have 2 proteins. The chicken and pork were super tasty. There's both noodles and rice with some salad underneath the protein. It might seem odd compared to your usual American food but give it a chance and you won't be disappointed. Happy to try it again next time I'm hungry walking down 16th Street.
