Why even have the construction zone on your menu if you can't order it for delivery. Tried to order it in the app and they just canceled my order.

This is my favorite place to eat. I come here a couple times a week. They always treat me really well and they know me by name. Chris and Cory always greet me with a smile. I miss Peter being on night shift. He always gave great service as well. Food is always on point. Everything is always made fresh. If you've never tried it, I definitely recommend it. The portion you get for what you pay is definitely worth it. Thank you guys for always treating me so well and making sure my construction zone is done right.-Smithers

This place has fallen so far. Used to be good, now the calzones are always dry and cold when I order. Wish it was like it used to be.

I have ordered from this chain over 50 times in the last 6 months with my order ranging from 20$ to 60$, and I never had an issue. This time my ordered was not delivered to the correct address and I paid 50$ plus. I called them and told them what happened and they flat out said they won’t give me my money back. Terrible customer service on their part, especially when I spent over $1,000 in the last 6 months there. They don’t really care about customer satisfaction and have gotten very lousy. Never eating there again.

The telephone answering service doesn't work well at all. If a local store calls a particular calzone by a name different from what is on the website, they will tell you it is not available. Strongly suggest ordering in person if you can because it is next to impossible to actually speak to the store directly via phone.Calzones were good, though they failed to provide the side of sour cream and no longer have chili peppers or parmesan available.

Someone hacked my account and paid for food around 30 $ two nights ago. I'm living in Thailand, never been to US

I ordered a pepperoni and cheese calzone, and there was no pepperoni in it. I just don’t understand how hard it is to put some pepperoni in when it’s one of 2 ingredients. Anyways, the calzone was fire just wish I could’ve gotten my pepperoni.

The calzone (the only thing they said was available) was okay. It seemed pre-made even though it took about 10 minutes. I went in around 8 pm I think and it was a skeleton crew - one baker and one other staff member who was either off or on break, sitting at a table.

Got charged for a drink, did not receive drink, the girl working the phones did not know how to issue a refund and said she would pass it along to someone who could. Never received a credit back.

Super friendly (tolerant) staff, considering their late night crowd and location. Consistently tasty.
