The restaurant’s ambiance is inviting, and the staff’s attentiveness enhances the overall experience. Gaby C, in particular, stands out for her outstanding service. She ensures that diners’ needs are met promptly, including timely drink refills and assistance with grilling, making the meal both enjoyable and seamless.

Modern industrial decor, garage door for open air summer dining, tabletop grills for all-you-can-eat option. Delicious!

Slow service, bad value. They start you off with a large sample of all the food. This means you get full eating something that wasn't your first choice. Worst part is being unable to reorder the ribs. That is the main reason I visit a Korean BBQ.

I went here with a group of friends, 2 others which were eastern Asian (this is relevant). We came here after day in the mountains, were starving, and didn’t even have lunch. We left acknowledging that this was the worst korean bbq we ever had. I’ve had kbbq in Chicago, DC, and in the middle of nowhere California.
There were a number of red flags. First, the bbq sauce was in bottles instead of served in different sauce containers. We were also given all the meat at the same time instead of requesting specific ones. They had pork, beef, chicken, and shrimp. The variety was much less than Iron Age, another chain. When we would ask for more meat, they would give a tiny plate back. We were 5 guys and had to keep asking for more. Once we actually cooked the food, it was the most average taste you can think of. Nothing bad but nothing special.
My conclusion, if you are Asian and are looking for good kbbq. This is not the place for you. Otherwise, you’re paying for a $38 buffet.

For a place that’s all you can eat they are very stingy about everything when you order take out. On top of what they give you if you order bimbimbop, adding extra meat you MIGHT get 4oz of meat total for $22 dollars. And if you ask for a side of bbq sauce that’s free if you eat in they’ll say they need to charge you extra. The food is fine but never get take out from here. You will get ripped off
Always a killer Korean BBQ place to eat! The food is great quality and the service had always been great! I always go to DAE GEE for Korean BBQ! The all you can eat option is totally worth it for 38$ a person! So good!

Super yummy and the all you can eat comes with TONS of sides and options, everyone left feeling STUFFED. Was traveling with a friend with a gluten allergy and the waiter was very particular about making sure she knew what items were gluten free and what were not. The grill style makes it easy to keep one side GF and the other not, and the waiter was also able to swap out the grill if her side had some contamination. Their BBQ sauces were great. We paid $38 pp for all you can eat lunch on a Sunday (normally lunch is cheaper on the week days, but on weekends it is dinner price).
Please note that the WHOLE party must agree to do all you can eat.

The food was not great & terribly expensive. The staff was super nice when they came to the table. You have a minimum of 2 hours to eat & will not be waited on unless you flag the waitress. The best thing on the menu is not endless, which is not typical in this type of restaurant. I was very upset when the bill came & there was a high gratuity already included. No wonder the service was mediocre; the tip is excellent no matter what!! Disappointed

For the price point, definitely not the best. The cuts of meat were not meeting the expectation for how much we paid for. The side dishes were good however alongside our server. He was quick, friendly, and attentive to our needs. For the dinner price of I believe $38 or so dollars, I would suggest Gyu-Kaku for the bigger variety of meats, veggies, etc.

Dae Gee is my favorite Denver AYCE BBQ. Some of the criticism of number of meat options is legitimate. BUT..... their Bon chon selection is the best in Denver. Sure Kpot, Denver Hotpot and other AYCE places have more meat choices including seafood but for me, I put bon chon on equal billing with the meat. NO other KBBQ has the same level or quality with their bon chon. They also increased their AYCE options with added meat and side options. The meat quality is on par with every KBBQ I have eaten in Denver, maybe a bit better than most but that may be my DG bias popping up. The Broadway location is my go to and they know us well lol. If all that's important to your KBBQ experience is the number of meat options available, then Dae Gee is not for you. If you enjoy quality bon chon (kimchi, cucumber kimchi, radish, gyoza, K potato salad, beef stew, K coleslaw, K pancake, fish cake, new egg dish and probably missing some) with quality meat options (bulgogi beef, bulgogi chicken, spicy chicken, spicy pork, brisket, new ribeye, pork belly) then Dae Gee is your place. Great staff, Great atmosphere, great all around experience.
Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian options but may not be satisfied
Parking: Dae Gee shares the lot with another business but there is ample paid parking on the street if the lot is full.
Wheelchair accessibility: front door is flat to the parking lot and tables can accommodate manual wc, not sure of the larger mechanical.

The meat quality is quite a dissapointment for Korean food actually. I think the establishment needs to revisit what actual Korean food is supposed to be like and not smothered in corn starch and sauces.
Visited once, probably won’t be back agaain it is certainly not for the Korean people.
Google reviews this at 4.2 stars I believe it’s closer to a 2.5. Denver has got to up their game.

First time visit. I'm always looking for some good Korean BBQ. Their unlimited BBQ was fair priced and delicious. Reminded me of my mother's cooking. The spicy had quite the kick to it. Banchan (side dishes) were unlimited as well and delicious. Next time I'm in Denver, that's where I am going.
