It was busy but the lady on the speaker was rude

I stopped by this location this afternoon to pick up some ice cream. The woman in the drive-through was pushy and rude. The experience was really bad and I don’t think I’ll be back.

Came here very at almost closing time, staff was very friendly!

This Dairy Queen location has the friendliest staff! The ice cream is good, but it makes a huge difference when the employees are always so kind and helpful.

Lady on the phone was rude and disrespectful. Never will go here ever. If anyone is looking for a DQ that it makes Cake don’t go here go anywhere else.

I had an amazing experience at this dairy queen! Germany, an employee of the store, was very accommodating and helped with all of the questions I had! He was so friendly, and when I had some trouble with ordering he made sure to help get it figured out.

Kind of slow

The two ladies working at this location were so happy, so sweet and so quick. The store is spotless. Well done.

My experience the last 3 times I’ve gone:
1) Staff is talking over drive thru speaker. After the third time I said “hello”, they responded that they were closed…at 4pm on a Thursday.
2) I pull into the drive thru early afternoon on a Friday. As I pull in I notice it looks dark, but I decide to proceed through the drive thru. I sit there a few minutes until I determine they’re closed or simply not working.
3) I pull in and see the drive thru is busy, so I park to go inside. Get to the door and see a sign that the “lobby is closed for the evening” at 6:30 on a Thursday night.
I don’t know if they’re severely understaffed or what, but I can’t imagine this location will last much longer.

After a day of errands, Dad (101) and I stopped in for some ice cream. It’s our first visit as we just moved here. We were warmly welcomed by Germany, a smiling, happy, courteous and polite young man. He took our order and was kind to extend the senior discount to us both. More importantly, he’s an outstanding individual who’s respectful and engaging and a true ambassador for this DQ location. We will be back! Thank you, Germany.

So it was about 6:45 PM tonight and I ordered a blizzard and the new young guy up front was so nice. He was polite, made sure to give me napkins cuz usually they forget, and just a tad nervous which was cute. He even flipped my blizzard upside down with a smile which made me smile after a long day at my hair salon. Awesome service to
