Hilda, who seemed to be the manager, was horrible. She made my daughter cry after she served her the wrong order and refused to fix it. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Never coming back.

If you don't oder take out ahead of time ...don't expect to be waited on. I finally left after being ignorred while at least a dozen people who where there to pick up their online orders came and went. Just a sign of the times I guess. Dang, I'll miss DQ.

After trying and failing many times with Baskin Robbins service, I tried DQ' s online service to order a custom ice cream cake. The website was very easy to use and I was able to get the perfect cake for my twins 11th birthday. I went with an Oreo Blizzard 10 inch round cake and it was perfect! I had 11 people to feed and we still had so much leftover. The cake was definitely a hit. Shout out to this team at this store for having it ready early and making a perfect cake, ya'll saved the day! I'll definitely be ordering again. Thanks team!
