Great soft serve and able to quickly manage crowds of customers Unfortunately, the play space was taken over by 5 boys playing baseball. No other children could utilize the area and it actually became a hazard for others especially small children to not be ran over and watch out for straight line and fly balls.

Will was my server and did a great job. I walked into him treating younger customers extremely well and making them laugh. The ice cream along with Wills customer service left me with a smile and some good ice cream.

The closest thing that I can compare the soft serve here to is a frosty from Wendy's. The chocolate tasted exactly like one. We tried the horchta, the Mexican chocolate, the strawberry and cream and the regular chocolate. The horchta was a vanilla cinnamon mix that was very like frozen horchta. The Mexican chocolate was cinnamon and chocolate mix. We ended up with the strawberry with chocolate chips and it was good just wish it didn't taste so much like strawberry so it could have been more decadent.

The only knock I could possibly make on Dang is that living two short blocks away is hazardous for my health, but that’s a Me Problem due to extreme lack of self-control and a remarkable ability to justify “little treats.” Flavors are always top-notch, service is wonderful and the staff do a great job of pretending like they don’t see me in there three times a week. Bravo, gang.

Service after dinner time (6:30) on a Sunday evening (2/1/25) was nonexistent - understaffed, lazy personnel: we were a party of 5, only one person was taking orders for a line 15 people long, while the other staff member swept nonexistent dirt from the floor, ignoring the next guests in line.
Ice cream flavors were basic. More focus on the toppings. Seating was sparse and not useful.
it was fun for my kid, but not for me. kids are rude and the parents do nothing. pretty cool scenery tho

Absolutely love this place. The options are very different from a traditional soft serve place so if that's what you're looking for, this is not for you. I tried their lilikoi and I'm a HUGE FAN. here are the flavors they have now: Black raspberry Nilla Eclipse Mexican hot chocolate Lilikoi (passion fruit) Iced Matcha Vegan creamsicle (orange cream) Vegan chocolate ganache Caramel corn
The specialty cones are amazing too: tropical avalanche (iced match/lilikoi swirl) and chocula (creamsicle/chocolate swirl)
10/10 would recommend going there. Just remember this isn't a quick place. They try to get to everyone as fast as they can but also they like to give you an experience and something that is beautiful to look at and amazing to eat so they do take their time.
