This place feels like going to Wendy’s or McDonald’s or Dairy Queen and getting fries and an ice cream, but elevated in a way that’s hard to describe. It’s fresh and adult and everything has a twist! Nat served me and she’s the best!

For what Denver lacks in Soft Serve, this place makes up for it ten fold!! Probably my favorite spot from the Little Man company, they are always having amazing flavor combinations with toppings to keep you always changing your order. The team is SO nice as well, especially Olivia who is twisting up some dreams in here!!

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my food experience at DANG this evening after discovering a strand of hair wrapped around one of my fries. I’d like to commend the young Caucasian male and mixed-race or Black female team members who were on shift. They were both extremely apologetic and handled the situation professionally, issuing a full refund without hesitation. However, the third staff member—a Caucasian female—displayed mannerisms and facial expressions that made me uncomfortable and came across ignorant during the incident. While I understand that challenging situations can arise during service, it's important to remain mindful of body language and verbal cues, especially in view of customers. If there are internal discussions or frustrations, I would encourage staff to step out of sight to maintain a positive atmosphere and uphold the brand’s reputation. As the saying goes, “perception is everything.”

I was served by a young gentleman named Will Beaugergard. He was very kind and respectful to who he served. He was very welcoming especially to my little brother. He seemed great with the kids before us and he’s always smiling. Will makes me want to come back because of his bright personality.

August 21, 2024 had soft serve here

Went to Dang Soft serve after the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. We got the orange creamsicle and fudge cake swirl ice cream with fries 🍨🍟

August 21, 2024 after the museum, Ash and I stopped at DANG Soft Serve for some fries and Ice Cream! Before heading home!
