Unfortunately, my experience here fell short of expectations. While the drinks were mediocre, my main concerns are with the service and professionalism.
When my boyfriend and I arrived, we politely asked for a moment to review the menu since this was our first visit. The employee at the counter visibly showed frustration and walked away, despite no other customers waiting. When we were ready to order, a different employee helped us but was equally unfriendly.
I understand everyone has off days, but as someone who experiences crippling anxiety, I genuinely appreciate when businesses create welcoming environments. Courtesy from staff makes a real difference in the customer experience.
Additionally, I was concerned about professionalism when I noticed the first employee had inappropriate attire; a visible THONG while preparing drinks. The first employee was wearing an outfit that intentionally exposed her thong throughout her shift while preparing drinks. This seemed particularly unsuitable for a family-friendly establishment.
I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that management can address these issues. A more welcoming approach and attention to dress code standards would significantly improve the customer experience.

Was very pleasantly surprised by the brown sugar boba with flan and black tea. Bobas were sweet and soft. Environment has clean mountain, Colorado aesthetic. Very modern look.

The stuff ist very friendly but the flavored milk teas we ordered (mango and strawberry) were without flavor. They tasted just like milk and both taste similar.

It was hard for me to rate this place. Our boba was very tasty but the service wasn't. To be transparent he has 3 orders (2 drinks and a sandwich) to make and seemed to be the only one working. Maybe he felt overwhelmed so we would come back and try again because the drinks were good (someone else got the sandwich) and the place was clean.

Great variety of options without overwhelmingly extensive menu. From traditional choices to crowd favorites with added modern flairs to more premium options, everyone will find something they love here. Really love their hojicha 👏👏👏
Hit the spot. Got Thai milk tea, 0 sweet, no ice with mango jelly for just a touch of fruity sweetness. Friendly staff and prices aren’t too bad.
I like to compare my drinks with the consistency and flavors you would find in Taiwan, Malaysia and Asian towns in big cities in the USA.
