Good place good service thanks to all the ladies that served us they made us feel like family for my son's birthday, The food was great and the arcade is good just fix the machines that are not working , thanks.

We had fun but a lot of games were broken. We were very happy the manager accommodated to us using the human crane machine. We didn't realize it is only open during certain times and we were there way before that time and bought our ticket upon entry. Glad we still had the opportunity to do it. Glad we bought the unlimited package as we'd scan the card and the playing items wouldn't dispense. I also didn't love that you couldn't use the card within 30 seconds of scanning it so when we'd have a broken game we'd have to wait to be able to redirect to a different machine. They had a lot of games I hadn't played since I had been there last time. My husband and son both mentioned how sticky the floor was too lol. I think a good carpet cleaning is in order. Not the most toddler friendly. I kinda wish there were a few more games aimed for the littles. We pulled a table up to the tall games to allow our toddler to play them.

Our waitress was very nice. But she would disappear for a long time. It took almost 30 minutes for her to come back to our table to take our order.

Went on a last minute plan and the food and service were amazing! The barbacoa quesadilla and the jalapeño burger were awesome!

Manager was helpful helping our big party get a table together in the game room. Server took the order, dropped the food off; and really never saw her after that. We'd have to go to the bar to find help with anything else. Bartenders were helpful

Loved the arcade, but the dining experience was not great. I feel we did not see our server very often to have to give a 20% gratuity. I do understand that it is busy on a Saturday, but I was waiting for a very long time just to ask for a fork to eat my meal. And when I did ask for a fork it then took a long time to receive it and some attitude from the server. Also the prices not being on the menu is not a great experience, I'd like to know ahead of time how much a drink cost. I got nachos with carne asada ( an addition $7) and barely had a few pieces of meat. I could've gone to a way better restaurant and had a better experience for more food and drinks. Disappointing. But it is what it is.
My husband and I reserved a table for 9pm. We went to check in at the desk and the front desk attendant told us to sit anywhere. We took a seat in the first dining area, and we're promptly told we couldn't sit there-- something about maintenance. We went to a different section and took a seat and we're approached by another member of wait staff to tell us we couldn't sit there either. We asked where we should sit and he pointed to a third area. His attitude when we explained our confusion was less than plesent. From dinner, I attempted to fill my play card on the app, to no success. After three attempts, I went back to the front entrance to where I the same greeter at the front told us that the cards I had weren't valid so they wouldn't load, and that I had to buy a new one to play. I expressed I felt paying for a new card when I already had 2 was not practical and was told that was my only option. To avoid disappointment on his birthday, I bought the card so we could play. This led to a new presentation of problems including games not working correctly and attendants not arriving to help. Overall we left without choosing any further prizes and felt disappointed in the night.

The staff isn't always too helpful there are some waiters at the bar that are excellent cant remember them by name but you know it's Dave and Buster's it's always a fun time it's always a good time not too much to say about it but if I had to rate it over all this Dave and Buster's is better than the one in Westminster by far from the size to the staff to the games and the amount of games
