The coffee wasn’t bad, but the service was quite slow even though there was no line. They also didn’t have ice for cold drinks, which was disappointing, especially at an airport location.
While my overall experience was good, I am in Denver for a 4 hour layover & this restaurant was close and convenient to get too. All restaurants have a different process for the end result I understand that, but as the consumer unaware of the ‘process’ I would appreciate the staff not to snark remarks with an awful attitude insinuating I was being impatient. Hey, really can’t complain about getting a huge cold brew coffee with a fraction of the wait time compared to Starbucks.
Charging an additional $1.25 for alternative milk is criminal but normalized, unfortunately.
