Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Madi was our server and did a fantastic job assisting us with drink selections and guiding us through the menu. The wait was an hour for a table but it was worth it a million times over.

We had a booking after dinner (10.30pm) for my birthday. We arrived at 10.48-waited to be served and seated until 10.53pm. The front of house was incredibly rude and unacceptable in his manner. He begrudgingly gave us a table after a ten minute wait. There were couches and booths available. The place was emptying out. We had one drink and a text message came through to say we had been charged a $200 late fee. Like that’s in the terms and conditions of the booking wtaf! It’s not as if the place was booked out. Should we have just been walk in patrons?? Who knows? We enjoyed one drink and the front of house was increasingly more aggressive towards us now particularly when we questioned the late fee and then included the young server woman who bought us the bill and stated sarcastically “have the night you deserve”. I have never been to an establishment that has not only been aggressively intimidating but incredibly unprofessional. I hope to take this matter up with the owner of this establishment because they should not have these people as the face of their business. It really soured a lovely evening to celebrate my birthday.

Went here for date night this past Friday. Chris Wilson and his team run a tight ship and it shows in the delivery of exceptional service and attention to detail. Thank You for being part of our memorable experience.

We arrived at 615pm with a party of 5. We were told there wasn’t anything available & we could go across the street or next door. ?‍♀️. We asked if we could order a drink without a table and was told that wasn’t possible. One of the couches was available, a table of 4 and table of 5-6 off the bar area in the back were all empty. We were told they were for other parties that they were calling, but never arrived. The hostess asked the receptionist at the hotel desk to call some of the parties. I checked back twice since both sofas were then available & was told we had moved up to 7th on the list. A booth by the window also opened up & we were told that was also for someone else. As we stood by the hotel desk we saw 4 parties of 3, one party of 5 and 2 parties of 2 all leave after talking to the hostess. We were finally seated after 35 minutes and the tall, blonde hostess gave us each water. By the time we were asked what we would like to drink our table was ready next door (which we were given a 45 minute) wait time. It was horrific service on the hostess part, plus all the money you missed out on with our party of 5 and all the other parties who left. When we left the table of 2 by the windows and the booth were still empty. I know for certain this party of 5 will never return and we’ve all been there many times before. We could not believe the terrible customer service and very callous attitude of the hostess.

used to love coming here and the drinks were always great. however, expect to wait just to get seated and not treated kindly. We watched several tables remain empty for 15+ minutes before we could sit down at one that was open the whole time we waited… The hostess also recommended we go somewhere else before she even took our name.

Top tier service, beautiful atmosphere, a well curated menu with many choices (even NA), and if you don’t see something you like, the bartenders are super helpful and can make you something special based on your likes. Have been twice now for two separate trips, both times were wonderful. Reservations are highly recommended as it is a very busy and popular spot. 10/10.

Very fun place to get excellent drinks. When I lived in nyc I would frequent the location there. Expensive for sure but you get what you pay for.

The reputation is well deserved. This is fine dining for cocktails. Expensive yes, but absolutely worth it. Whatever kind of cocktail you like, they have something that’s in that family or better, or they’ll make you just whatever you want. Also a stunning space. Service was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.

Very cool spot inside the Ramble hotel. Cocktails are pricey but are good. Great place to hit up on the way in and out of the Hotel during trips.
