Sat here for 20 minutes watched a dozen cars and three people get there food before I did worst experience ever food was cold and nasty after a long wait.

So I was waiting to see if it kept happening but I live nearby and this is probably like the 4th time ive come in and not been acknowledged and waited so long for food that was already ready at the counter. This specific time though no one was up front at the moment and the cooks were busy so I sat down and waited. For about 15 minutes no one acknowledged me but kept calling out others names that were coming in. Another time when ive come during a rush, I did go up to the counter and told them my name, waited about 20 minutes until someone finally asked if I was there for an order and told me his team must have forgot. I don't mean to be a Karen but come on yall. Im sitting facing the pick up quietly waiting and no one thinks to acknowledge my existence I guess. I work at a restaurant in northfield too and whether its to go or an online we at least ask and acknowledge everyone waiting in our pick up area. Ultimately I think the staff here could have better customer service. Im not mad, just disappointed.
I do wanna say the food has usually been on fine though so props to the cooks.

The food was tasteless had a a chicken taco that tasted like tuna salad. Bean burrito no flavor wasn’t the only one had another customer come up and ask did you guys by any chance have the bean burrito we said yes he then asked how was it? We said not good had no flavor he said I wanted to make sure I wasn’t the only one that thought so he said his food was also not good and Not only food was not good the customer service was horrible the person who had grey shirt who assume was manager because only one with grey shirt she was rude there was older gentleman trying to order and use coupon and didn’t know how to use kiosk were having trouble and she said I’m here helping with she didn’t she stood behind the rope thing instead of getting closer to help then just left when telling him to put his order there and she was being rude to more customers and their fountain drink station wasn’t working when this location just open how are you freshly open and already have broken machines and rude manager others employees were not rude but they didn’t know how to help customers so I assume they haven’t been trained properly.. very disappointed should food quality went down and price went up.
The desserts were good. The other food was lacking. Cold food and bean burritos with no salt or flavor.

So glad that Del Taco is opening back up again in the CO area! I was very happy to visit and the food was very good! The team members were working hard and were very attentive. Look forward to visiting again in the near future!
