My husband and I had breakfast on a Sunday morning and we were seated right away and greeted by our server immediately. She was very pleasant and attentive. Our food arrived promptly and was fresh and delicious. The server noticed my husband’s veteran hat and gave him a military discount which was a pleasant surprise. The Delectable Egg did not disappoint!

Food is not bad, a bit bland. But service was awful. Started by ignoring me when I was waiting to be seated and instead started to seat the people who came in after me. The waitress insisted on calling me sweetie, honey, dear, darling, etc. to such an extent that I called her "sweetie" right back. Which she did not like. When I asked to speak to the manager, she responded that SHE was the manager (which I seriously doubt) and that I had an "attitude". Apparently it was ok for her to call me inappropriate endearments but not vice versa. I will not be back. There are simply way too many options close by to have to put up with such disrespect. I suggest you change the restaurant name to "The Disrespectful Egg", which would be a far more appropriate name.

The kitchen doesn’t read the tickets. Everytime we order delivery they mess up every single part of it. Paid extra for two sides and weren’t even in the bag. Asked them to make one vegetarian and they added meat. Sick of over paying for messed up food

This place has a lot of great reviews and the staff is very nice and welcoming, so I'm confused. I ordered a Monte Cristo for takeout and it was, in a word, disappointing. It was supposed to be a "double decker", but I'm not sure they know what that means because it wasn't. The bottom was soggy and it was otherwise overcooked and dry. It was mostly flavorless, like there was no seasoning at all. The side of hash browns was good but scant. I will try again for breakfast and eat in-restaurant. Hopefully, it will be a better experience.

It is the best place in the entire USA for breakfast. The food is very homemade as if your grandmother made it. The serving staff is excellent. Now it is my favorite place to have breakfast. Everything delicious!
Great service and yummy pancakes. The patio seating was a bonus👌
