Burger was served cold and dry. Restaurant was less than half full so it wasn't even that busy. Not sure how this is voted best burger in Denver.

Slice take out, ended up costing $10/slice but we enjoyed it. The price is a bit steep

Atomic Cowboy on Colfax is a Denver staple for a reason! I love the warehouse-like atmosphere—it’s the perfect mashup of a cool bar, a breakfast spot, and a pizza joint. Whether you're there for a rowdy brunch or a late-night slice, the energy is always great.
The food is consistently excellent. If you're there for breakfast, you have to get a biscuit sandwich from Denver Biscuit Co—The Lola and the Cordon Bleu are personal favorites and incredibly filling. If you're more in the mood for dinner, Fat Sully’s serves up some of the best giant NY-style slices in the city.
The service is quick and friendly, and despite how busy it gets, it's always worth the wait. Don't miss out on their cinnamon rolls or a Bloody Mary if you're doing brunch!

I really do like their food. One thing they need to really work on is when they tell someone how long it's going to take to get seated it should be accurate. We were told 15 minutes and waited 45 that's completely ridiculous. Even the app when driving to this location was telling us we could sit 6 people and it stated current time 15 min wait. Yet it was still 45 minutes and we were all present. We even heard the host tell another large group that came in after us it'll be about 15 or 20 minutes. I'm sure they were in for a surprise as well.

Great late night pizza slice post-concert. Great staff and HUGE slices at fair prices! Ambiance is cozy, comfy and vibey for date night.

Wonderful all around!! Jake was friendly, helpful, kind, and attentive! He suggested the burger and a slice of pizza. Both were amazing! Also had the ice cream sandwich as a splurge and it was also terrific! Fabulous choice for a visit!!!

Such a fun spot for any time of day! We went for dinner and service was great, food was tasty, and bingo was fun!
We had three kids and three adults. Our server was great about making sure the kids drinks and food came out first and also suggested her favorite drinks and pizza for the adults.

Stopped by for lunch after visiting the botanical gardens and it did NOT disappoint. Ordered the biscuit pot pie and man it hit the spot with the cold weather. Definitely took a nap afterwards. Espresso martini was puré perfection!

We stopped by Atomic Cowboy on Colfax and ordered The Lola and the Cordon Bleu. Both came on their big, buttery biscuits, and wow — they are filling. The biscuits alone could almost be a meal, but they hold up really well to all the toppings without falling apart. The Lola had a great mix of flavors that felt a little unexpected but worked really well, and the Cordon Bleu was rich and comforting with the fried chicken, ham, and melty cheese.
Both sandwiches were super flavorful and honestly heavier than we expected, in a good way. This place definitely has a strong morning/brunch niche — it’s the kind of food you want when you’re really hungry and want something different from the usual breakfast options. Creative, satisfying, and not trying too hard.

Wow! I didn’t expect this to be so delicious and so big 😊 I loved that I get to pick my own coffee mug and make my own coffee, there’s board games and super nice staff. You don’t get to take the coffee mug home though lol
Amazing buscuits of course, but also great fries, gravy, and fried chicken! The pizza also looked great, but didn't have room to try.
There is a full bar with some fun beers on tap to boot! Coffee also available. Wait times can be long on weekends, so plan ahead.

I recently visited Atomic Cowboy for the first time, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and much of the food was unavailable, with several menu items taken off the menu. The food we did receive was not good at all. As a first-time guest, this was far from what I expected. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I would recommend that others consider going elsewhere if looking to eat something that compares less to McDonald’s
