Always a great experience, especially for large groups. The most recent time, we had 10 people. Although they don't allow reservations, we were seated in a fair amount of time, and service was quick and efficient.

My wife and I saw the reviews and decided to give this place a try while in town to see a Drake concert that never happened ?.It is a very popular place so we were told it would be about. 20-25 min wait. You can pour yourself a complimentary cup of coffee and hang by the door if you like. The coffee was good. After being sat we looked over the menu and took in the vibes. Really cool atmosphere and service. The biscuits and butters were so so good. There actually wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t top notch. Will return again and again

Atomic Cowboy emerges as a defiant ode to the unapologetic pleasures of comfort food, served with a side of irreverence. This isn't your typical dining establishment; it's a haven for those who revel in the joy of indulging their culinary whims, a sanctuary where the norms of eating are joyously upended.Atomic Cowboy is an establishment that doesn't just serve food; it celebrates it, in all its greasy, hearty, and unpretentiously delicious glory. The ambiance is a vibrant pastiche of retro cool and modern edge, a space that pulsates with a lively energy, inviting diners to shed their inhibitions at the door and dive headfirst into a dining experience that's as unrefined as it is unforgettable. Here, the menu is a tribute to the art of indulgence. Dishes are crafted not with a delicate hand, but with a bold, unrestrained enthusiasm for flavor and abundance. Take, for instance, their famed biscuits, which are not merely a side dish but a cornerstone of the Atomic Cowboy ethos. These are not dainty, butter-brushed morsels but robust, flaky, and utterly decadent creations that serve as the bedrock for an array of sinful toppings and fillings. But it's not just the food that sets Atomic Cowboy apart; it's the ethos. This is a place where breakfast is not confined to the morning, where a cup of coffee and a slice of pie at midnight is not just allowed but celebrated. It's a venue that defies the traditional meal structure, encouraging diners to eat what they want, when they want it, in a setting that buzzes with an infectious energy. The bar at Atomic Cowboy is as much a draw as its kitchen, serving up a selection of beers, cocktails, and spirits that echo the kitchen's commitment to hearty pleasure. Whether it's a local craft beer or a meticulously mixed cocktail, each drink is served with a nod to the joy of drinking, not as an accompaniment to the meal but as a vital component of the overall experience.Service at Atomic Cowboy mirrors the establishment's ethos: laid-back, friendly, and unpretentiously efficient. The staff are not just servers but ambassadors of the Atomic Cowboy philosophy, guiding diners through their meal with a wink and a smile, ensuring that the experience is as enjoyable as it is delicious. In a city teeming with culinary innovation, Atomic Cowboy stands out as a bastion of straightforward, unadulterated pleasure. It's a reminder that, sometimes, the most profound culinary experiences come not from the delicate arrangement of microgreens on a plate but from a steaming, heaping, gloriously messy dish that's best enjoyed with both hands. In Denver's diverse dining scene, Atomic Cowboy is not just a restaurant; it's a declaration of the joyous, messy, and utterly delightful chaos of eating.

If you like biscuits, you won't be disappointed! AS first time guests, my husband and I took veteran waiter Jon's recommendations and ordered a Franklin for a savory sandwich, and Lola for a sweet, and enjoyed both immensely.

I had this place on my list of places to visit in Denver for a long time. I frequently dine at Maple Street Biscuit locations along the east coast and I had to see how this compared. OMG I’m so glad that I did… it puts every single biscuit restaurant to shame (sorry maple street)! I had the K-Mac and it was honestly one of the best things I ate in a really long time. I can’t wait to get back and try more of these incredible sandwiches. I didnt catch the bartenders name (I visited 3/4/24) but he was really awesome and friendly too!
