Had high hopes but service was a bit off. Our server was anxious and a bit distracted. Food was ok, but we were expecting something amazing. The cinnamon roll was mid at best. Parking was challenging.

I have been going to DBC/Atomic Cowboy for years at the Colfax location and S Broadway. The last few times I have had a biscuit with chicken, it’s been like “where’s the chicken?”
Seriously, barely any meat, lots of breading and grease. I will be back but likely won’t have a biscuit with chicken.

The chicken biscuits were delicious!
The food was amazing. Sully's fries were delicious. The ice cream sando was my favorite out of everything. Noah gave amazing service. Will definitely be back soon
