Awesome distillery and probably the best distillery tour we've been on. The spirits here are some of the finest we have tried! Friendly service! You won't be disappointed. This one is a gem!
Denver Distillery was a pleasant surprise. We had a tour with one of the owners/distillers, Chris. They're doing some really interesting distilling projects, including a shochu and rums using the dunder method. The history and distilling methods we learned from the tour were really great. Excellent cocktails at the bar, too. The street view makes it seem like a small, neighborhood bar, but there's some really innovative things going on in that historic building.
Had an excellent experience here!. The bartender was lovely and very knowledgeable, the cocktails are original and top quality, not to mention the aged spirits were absolutely delicious. 10/10.
