Through the Looking Glass

November 6, 2021Laughed so hard I cried! The 3 comedians tore up a packed house! Not a bad seat in the club. Good food and drinks, had a wonderful waitress .Top notch entertainment!

Waited in line for over 45 mins. Show started super late. Staff was rude. Ask one of the servers for a to go box and he told us our waiter can grab it. Took them a long time to get drinks and food. Just an horrible experience all around.

Overpriced food… improperly cooked food… sodas priced over $4… a cheeseburger without fries for over $14. I asked for no pink it was pink and cool to the touch. My wife’s chicken fingers also come without fries they were cooked in dirty cooked oil and burnt. Literally multiple black spot’s on them. Wife was sick in bathroom most of the end of the night due to how nasty the food was! Hardly anybody in the crowd. Most jokes were dumb. Overly sexual, overly racist at times. We love comedy but this was just trashy. They charge a 18% gratuity on all tickets but service doesn’t deserve that kinda tip.

Pricy, but worth it.

Saw the comedy magic show by Eric Eaton here. Packed house and I see why. The show was good. The drinks were good. The chairs were comfortable. I had a good time laughing here.

The Torrey guy was helluva funny! The drink was watered down and over priced and they even ran out of fries. The food let's just say the chef needs to step it up.

I had meant to leave a very positive comment earlier, but I just now realized I had I really want to reconize a waiter or staff member who went out of his way to help me and im afraid I may have forgot his name. I believe it may have been Adrian ??? I am disabled with a severe Traumatic Brain Injury. I did not hear nor did I know that you couldn't leave the Improve while the artists were performing, which I completely respected. I did, however, leave something important to help me with my disability in my truck. I hope that a manager can review the tape. I had a cane and asked if I could walk out quickly. I was told no and explained why. I understood the rules, but I did plead if I could kindly get what I needed real quickly as the main performing comedian began his show. Adrian said it was OK and that he would wait to let me back in. I promised I would be quick. Thankfully, I was aloud back in, and Astian helped me so much and escorted me back to my table. This not only showed how much Adrian cares about his customers but it showed how much he cares for The Improvs reputation which by word of mouth today I told 3 or 4 friends how much i enjoyed the evening. Because of chronic pain, I don't get out much, and I am so grateful for having such a truly pleasant experience . The comedians were all fantastic as well. I know this was a novel but i really hope that Adrian or if I am wrong on the name that this Staff member is reconized as a fantastic employee and assest to the Improv for a true caring employee. Thank you so very much. I wouod be very grateful if this employee is reconized he sincerely deserves a well done by management. Fantastic customer service
