Good morning I'm not just a customer I'm also an employee. Well, my issue is how people park in the parking lots. I don't know how many times I have been blocked. To where I cannot open. my door to the driver's side because they park so close I even have a dent on my door from somebody Getting out of their vehicle I shouldn't have to crawl in from the passenger side to get in my vehicle You can't even open it.It would be nice if security could do something about it as well š

We always enjoy the animals at the Denver zoo. Especially the amazing penguins and gorilla! Our grandson lives the zoo as well, and knows most of the animals there.

Great zoo! Lots to see and it was themed very nicely. We didnāt get any food or anything so I canāt comment on that but there were tons of animals, of course.

Really do not like the ticketing policy. Went with 7 people, and bought tickets- only to find out someone else had also bought tickets. They wonāt issue a refund because that is their policy. Well itās my policy to not support organizations who take my money without providing a service and failing to extend a courtesy of a refund when 14 tickets are purchased and we only needed 7. Such a shortsighted authoritarian policy like this, itās nuts. I have supported this zoo since 1994 and will no longer visit or send donations just out of principle.

Most employees are nice, some are not rude but can tell they don't want to be there at food service. Which could explain the poor quality over cooked/dry pretzel at 10am. Sea lion show is great. Looking forward to no more construction. Love the good quality stuffies at gift shop.

Not the best zoo in colorado. Got rid of the Polar Bear. Multiple places to feed sting rays in Denver, š¤·āāļø.. Train was not working.. does not say on website. They do have several free water stations with cups. app is confusing& not for future planning. To many cons. Not enough pros. Didn't even stop by the gift shop.
TOO MANY CHILDREN AND BABIES!!!!! You walk around and people are changing babies in the open like itās no big deal and then breastfeeding in the open like itās no big deal! And then you have kids screaming at the animals! Children and babies should be banned!! And I went on a Wednesday when schools are in session!! The gift shop is a joke. The stuffed animal selection is limited and the animals are stiff, recycled materials and not soft, weighted or floppy, just stiff upright stuffed animals and they want $25!! The food is also a joke. $16 for a cheeseburger with a thin unsalted meat patty! And $6 for a bottled soda! Ridiculous! Oh and they do not have any Polar Bears, wolves, jaguars, leopards or African Elephants (just the dorky Asian elephants which are smaller). There are probably other animals that they donāt have that I missed. You also could not go and see the lioness and her newborn cubs!! You can look at a tv screen to see the live stream but I can do that at home! I know this is the animalās homes and they need to be comfortable but half of the animals you canāt see because they are hidden or way on the other side of their habitat! Design the habitats so the food is closer to the guests! Also the glass exhibits are badly scratched and fogged so you canāt really see the animals through it and forget trying to take pictures! Kind of a waste of time and money. $26 per adult to enter?? Seriously? I get they need to pay for the zoo but it still seems expensive especially if most the animals are hiding!! You also donāt get to pet any animals! Canāt you sedate a lion or something so we can pet their fur? Iām kinda joking on that but I might as well have just browsed Pinterest instead of coming to this zoo.
