Great vibes and drinks. Blood orange flip and red eye old fashion are our favorites. First came across this place when we attended a cocktail class which was a blast and kept us coming back for their great selection of drinks. Highly recommend!

Our bartender, Will, was fantastic and always makes a great cocktail. Everything is always phenomenal including ambiance, service, and the products! The drinks are inventive and original. The service is welcoming and eclectic. We've visited many times and will continue to patronage this establishment. If you find yourself in the neighborhood of the dairy block, this is a must try. The spirits are fantastic and you won't be disappointed. Cheers!

Stopped here on a whim on the way to eat at the Milk Market for dinner. Great little spot, great service, and inventive drinks! I’d recommend going during happy hour for $10 drinks and $7 popcorn. Next time I might try the gin flight to get a better sense of the gins they make.

Was our first time at this establishment, the bartenders Victoria and Maddy, did a great job making us feel welcomed. They are very knowledgeable, great to talk to and they made the best french 75s I've ever had. Definitely check this place out.
On our recent trip to Denver we decided to stop in to Deviation Distilling for a quick drink and we are so glad we did. We ended up staying for quite a while and had a great time.
Our bartender Will was very friendly and can mix up a delicious cocktail. If you've never had one, I highly recommend the Colorado Bulldog. My wife ordered that and absolutely loved it. We also did the whiskey flight, which was delicious, especially if you like creative whiskeys.
I highly recommend Deviation Distilling while in Denver.

Will is amazing, Drinks are amazing, The best bourbon flight we have ever had and we have tried many. Great drinks that were thought through and planned like a chef planning a recipe. And the drink menu. Top notch. This distillery is by far top 3 in Colorado. Must try. They make all their own cordial liquors and simple syrups. If you do not find this place to be great then you dont deserve to write a review

Went to this spot bc we heard about how wonderful the espresso martinis were. Will took care of us, he gave us great recommendations and gave us some wonderful background of the company. It was pleasant to hear how local the business operates and he made some amazing drinks !! We will definitely be back.
