The owner and manager are very nice and helpful. The owner even remembered us after only one or two visits. The food is amazing; my favorite is the okra. Our kids especially like the complimentary ice cream.

IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTERING THIS LOCATION, WE NOTED THERE WAS NO AIR CIRCULATION- NO A/C ON WHATSOEVER.
WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS.
A VERY NICE YOUNG WOMAN, XIYI, TOOK OUR ORDER.
SHE WAS QUITE HELPFUL & AN OLDER GENTLEMEN CAME FROM THE BACK, WHO WE PRESUMED WAS THE COOK.
IN SPITE OF THEIR WORKING CONDITION, THEY HAD VERY POSITIVE DISPOSITIONS.
WE WERE SO SORRY FOR THESE TWO POOR STAFF HAVING TO WORK UNDER THESE CONDITIONS.
IN RATING THIS PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT,
THE SERVICE STAFF DESERVED A 5 STAR.
@THE FOOD-
THE TEA, THE SAUCES & SOME OF THE SIDES HAD A BIT OF A LESS THAN FRESH TASTE.
THE ENTREES WERE PALATABLE & THE KIDS ENJOYED THEIR NUGGETS & MAC & CHEESE.

I placed a pick up order from this location for a social event prior to picking it up. When it came time to pick it up, I had arrived at this location and asked about the order. The person working this night said there was no order for this and that it would take 2 hours to cook this food and the store was going to close. I had showed him my receipt and pick up time. Then was told the same nonsense that there was no order. There was obviously an order but the crew had already started cleaning to leave for the night and had no desire to actually do their job clearly. Now when I call to ask for a manager they say he is not in. Complete nonsense for a $150+ order. I will add they then closed the store 15 minutes early and had 2 other customers pull up to get their pick up orders that were unable to get that as well. Ripping customers off for their money is illegal.
