I ordered food off of Uber eats on 11/3 and once it arrived, we noticed we were missing 2 out of our 4 sides and one of the plates we ordered barely had any food in it. We called right away and spoke to the manager on duty Diana and she said they would issue a refund on the whole order. I patiently waited for the refund on their end and just called today 11/20, and spoke to Diana again. She said she will have her manager call me to handle the refund. Jeff her manager called me, and right away started with a defensive attitude. I told him we were missing 2 sides and one of the plates barely had anything in it. He stated Diana the manager on duty verified everything was in the bag and knows she would never lie to him. He said I can either take vouchers for a later time or nothing and that Uber Eats must’ve took stuff out of the bag. I asked him if he thought I was a liar and he said I was putting words into his mouth. He said they would never say they would refund money and his crew would never do such a thing or lie to him so either the vouchers or nothing. (Which I will never order from Dickey’s again after dealing with this). Of course I believed that Dickeys would deal with the situation like they said they would and now it is way passed time to go through Uber Eats for missing food so now I am out almost $50 and wasting my time! Guess I should’ve read reviews from this location before ordering here since everything has the same experience.
Warning: small portion sizes and poor quality. Sorry if you come here. Can't recommend even at half the price.

Dickey's is in extinction mode in Cali so I had to have some ..flavor still there but portions were not as before when it started. Good memories
