I don’t ever write reviews , but I have to point out how rude the employees are at this establishment. This is my third time coming here, and I’m giving up on coming back. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 15 years as well, just be friendly and helpful. Probably a management issue if they allow that behavior.

Just another place with employees that don’t speak English so they mess up your order because they don’t understand you and you don’t understand them.Hire whoever you want but when that affects the service you are providing you should do something about it.Got the 3 meat for takeout and they gave me spicy sausage rather than spicy sauce and the worst part of it - no toast which I noticed when I got home, was not going to drive back for it but upsetting .It makes sense why the place was empty at noon on a Monday.Pork was good, chicken way too dry and sausage was also very dry. Only thing i can recommend is the pulled pork

I never give reviews but this place is horrible. Don't waste your time or money! Ordered sliced brisket got chopped pot roast that does not taste like bq and is cold. The 9.00 potatoe with sour cream and butter only is hard, cold and so much sour cream you cant find the potatoe. I asked for sliced onion for my brisket and she put it on my potatoe. Disgusting. Green beans are so salty you can not eat them. The pulled pork has so many burt pieces its hard to find any meat to eat it also was cold. This is at 5:30 pm dinner time. Should have known it was bad when no one was eating at that time. I called and told the girl and she did not say anything. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

Okay, so I'm from out of town and really wanted some BBQ and this spot was the closest to my hotel. I was skeptical to try it because of all of the bad reviews, but this is my honest take on it... Dickey's is not bad!The customer service was solid, the people were friendly and walked me through the menu since i had never been there before. I love me some good BBQ, so i ordered the brisket sandwich combo with fried okra in the side. The okra was a little greasy and salty but still it was tasty, no real complaints there. The sandwich was solid as well. I put the sweet sauce on it and it was tasty. A little bland though..but not horrible. Like was it the best bbq i ever tasted? No. Was it terrible? Not at all! Like i wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but if i was craving some BBQ and it was the closest spot around I'd be content eating here. 3 stars for sure.
Ordered the Thanksgiving turkey. You guys posted Cajun fried turkey. I received an uncooked turkey. Paid 92.00 dollar for this turkey. I could of brought and cook my own. Thanks for the false advertisement. Never again.

I failed myself by not looking at reviews, which I normally always do. I wanted barbecue and I'm new to the area so I decided to run out and grab Dickey's. I ordered the 3 meat chicken, ribs and kielbasa sausage w/ side of Mac and Baked beans. It comes with garlic bread and I ordered a 2nd piece for all the meats. When I walked in the place had an off smell. The associates in the back were on the phone and sitting off in the back, she did notice me quickly. I asked did I have barbecue sauce in the bag or do I need to grab some not seeing any and yes it's in the bag. There wasn't any sauce. The only thing I ate was the macaroni, my dog ate the chicken and ribs. The garlic bread was not even toasted. Ughhh so disappointed after a long day at work and all I wanted was a good meal. I will never return to this location! Save your money and get your belly full somewhere else.
Small portions compared to other locations. Food was luke warm. Fries were soggy. They forgot my sauces and any utensils. Read the reviews before you go to this

The food was horrible I belive they don't sell much so the meat grows a bacteria that not everyone can digest. I'm freaking sick because of the meat. I spend 100 dollar for me to get sick . Don't try this place . They don't sell enough to have the meat cycled with fresh meat.
