“Didn’t eat here. Don’t know that I’d even consider eating here if they served food. The bartender was cool and was very accommodating so kudos to him, actually the best thing about the place. The place allows dogs inside (which is no problem) but they put paws on the bar counters and other things that I feel is a bit out of line for a business to consider acceptable. I understand this is Denver but it’s also a bar and I don’t want to keep your dog occupied while you drink. I want to drink without your dog in my face with his paws on the bar. No thanks, I’ll pass on this place next time“

“Stopped in mid-day Sunday for a Bloody Mary and Bloody Maria. Although very quiet, we were happy to visit with the bartender. House made mix extra spicy as ordered. Bartender was an absolute gentleman and EASY on the eyes ?! Will have to check this place out on a Friday or Saturday evening. Exceptionally clean bathrooms a plus!“

“I was enamored both with the delicious food (served by a close friend of a famous actor) and the infectious vibes (served up by a handsome and charming bartender beset in blue plaid who probably deserves more than they earn). I highly recommend as a wind down spot, as long as you are ready to turn up.“

“I love this place! Such a cool atmosphere, very good drink deals, and the poutine fries were so good. I can't wait to come back here again, especially when they're doing live music. Oh and the section where you can buy art from local artists... there's a lot of awesome choices. If you're into the goth/horror/metal vibe, this is the bar for you.“
“Visited this spot while visiting Colorado with some friends after being referred. We were looking for a divey, dirty, alternative spot and got exactly that!
Everyone was so friendly, fun, and some a bit concerning. A nice diverse crowd. Made some memorable friends. Enjoyed it so much we came back the night after too!

“The changes made over the years have made a significant difference for the bar. As a local Northsider I’ve attended many times over the years. It’s became dependable and has plenty of resources for a good time. Pool tables. Golden Tee. Specials everyday. You can order food from EAT HERE, a local ghost kitchen right to your seat. Karaoke twice a week. Staff who gets it and doesn’t play games. Locals from 20 something’s to the mommas and poppas who have been roaming these streets for decades. Great job.“

“Been at this location maybe 3 times during my 12 years in Denver, CO. It is definitely unique for a bar, food is pretty good, and the employees are great. Never was a regular there as I had to work for a living. Most of the patrons that went there were retired older folks who like the "Cheers" crowd, like in the TV show.“
“Visiting friends while on vacation from Indianapolis. The Nob Hill Inn came highly recommended by a friend. When we walked in, I knew that I would love the place. And I do! Definitely going to swing back thru when I come back out to Denver! Thank you for the great time and atmosphere! Cheers!“
“Best dive bar ever. Service is always so great and drinks are affordable. I always laugh that it’s “Squire Lounge & Grill” but all they have is a vending machine - adds to the character. They also have a parking lot which is rare in this part of town!“

“A great spot for live music! They do a really great job finding incredibly talented musicians to perform.
Like most bars in the area, it doesn’t have the best crowd on the weekends (lots of fights, overcrowded, my female friends tend to get harassed, etc), but I highly recommend their jazz nights during the week! No kitchen but they have bagged snacks. Bar has a big selection; it’s pretty run of the mill and no frills, but it gets the job done. Overall would recommend.“

“Solid spot but there should be better TVs. For how cheap TVs are nowadays, we shouldn’t have to squint to watch the Chiefs game on dim TVs. It would be an easy upgrade for the bar to make that would highly enhance the experience. Look into it and I’ll for sure come back. 13 dollar bud light pitchers.“

“$11 for a craft beer and a mixed drink? Yes thanks. They also give out free shots but they seem a lot like Tampico.
I'm a huge fan of old school dive bar atmosphere and this is everything I could dream of. Back to the jukebox now...“
