absolutely disgusting by far the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten order or two specialty pizzas that were on deal. I walked in. He had no gloves on handling all the pizza dough. proceeded to look at me and wipe his hands with back his hand and handle my cash before going to handle other peoples pizza dough. Disgusting the pizza made me throw up and I will make sure everyone I know is never goes to this dominoes and I don’t think I’ll ever eat dominoes again it was so disgusting. wish I could get a refund

Never fail to disappoint. Too much sauce cheese sliding off the pizza, some slices have more sauce than cheese and it isn’t even busy. The pan pizza never looks like pan pizza anymore.This location has completely gone down hill and can’t get right.

This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Last week, Domino’s completely failed to deliver my order. As an apology, they sent me an email offering a free medium two-topping pizza — but the link they provided doesn’t actually work. There’s no way to redeem the coupon in the app or on their website.
When I called the store for help, I spoke with a woman named Nadia, who claimed to be the manager. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she refused to help me and was completely dismissive. She offered no solution, no apology, and made no effort to make things right.
Between the undelivered order, the unusable “apology” coupon, and the unprofessional attitude from the supposed manager, I will not be ordering from this Domino’s again. Terrible service from start to finish.

I’m writing to report a terrible experience with your staff at [Domino’s location — insert address if you can]. I ordered delivery, and after waiting over 3 hours, I called to check on it. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said the driver couldn’t find my building and that I didn’t answer — even though no one has had trouble delivering here before. When I calmly asked for her name, she got upset and told me she could just refund me. I explained I have kids, I’m breastfeeding, and I just got out of the hospital — I was depending on this food. Her attitude and refusal to help were completely unacceptable. Please have a manager contact me immediately. I expect a full resolution. She argued with me and lied and said she was the manager and refused to let me talk to anyone else. Than eventually delivery guy answered the phone and said they where going to gang up on me
They will play with your food. Doordashed and received a poorly cooked/cut pizza. Ended up throwing away and ordering from another pizza spot due to embarrassment from guests. They held my pizza purposefully. I wasn't disrespectful or rude, I tipped $1.20, I don't have much but still gave something, but I guess they can see prior to delivery? IDK, but I had another one of my guests order from jets pizza.
