Rude and shitty attitudes from the women in there!! I’ll never understand why you work at these places and don’t have any customer service skills. Do better!!!

Terrible cold food and bad experience with delivery. They called me saying they couldn’t bring my food to my house and that they would leave it outside because they say they don’t come here at 10 at night. I had to cancel my order twice and they called me saying that they don’t come here with bad or horrible service. I mean, if you’re paying for a delivery service, how do they expect to leave it far from my house? Unacceptable. I will never buy again.

One-line Review: Decent Pizza, Disappointing Pricing Mix-Up!

Value for

Environment: 3.5/5

➡️ First Impression:
I visited Domino’s Pizza at 18630 Green Valley Ranch Blvd, Denver, CO 80249, hoping for a quick lunch, but the pricing confusion and location challenges left a sour note despite the tasty food. Finding the place was difficult, adding to the hassle.

➡️ What I Ordered:
I initially tried ordering a vegetarian pizza online but found the prices too high. I visited the store instead, ordered a medium pizza for $20, then recalled a $9.99 ad. After asking, the staff said it was an online-only deal, so I ordered a large pizza online, which cost $10.91 after taxes—a much better deal.

➡️ Taste & Quality:
The pizza taste was good—the vegetarian toppings were fresh, and the cheese was nicely melted, making it an enjoyable meal. The quality felt solid for a quick pizza, meeting my expectations.

➡️ Portion vs Price:
The large pizza for $10.91 after taxes offered a good quantity, especially compared to the $20 in-store price, making it a fair value once I switched to online. The medium pizza’s price felt overinflated without the discount.

➡️ Service & Environment:
The service was decent—the person who took my order was very nice but not helpful, failing to mention the online deal until I brought it up, which frustrated me. The waiting time of 20 minutes was normal, but the small store lacked indoor seating and had a very small parking lot that could hardly fit 3 cars, adding to the inconvenience. The environment was clean but felt cramped due to the limited space.

➡️ Final Thoughts:
Domino’s in Denver serves a good-tasting pizza, especially at the $10.91 online price for a large, but the initial pricing confusion, unhelpful staff, and difficulty finding the location with its tiny parking lot left me disappointed. The small store and no seating were drawbacks, but I’ll stick to online orders next time—my advice to others too!

Recommendations for Improvement:
• Train staff to proactively inform customers about online deals.
• Expand the parking lot or provide better signage for easier location.
• Consider adding indoor seating or a waiting area.
• Keep up the tasty pizza and clean store!

If you’re near 18630 Green Valley Ranch Blvd, Denver, Domino’s is worth a try—order online for the best deal and plan for parking!

🍕

8/18/25 ordered the Memphis bbq chicken pizza 🍕 and the Spinach Feta pizza 🍕 thin crust and a cookie 🍪 brownie. Used my 50 percent off dessert member reward in the app and the 2 for 6.99 coupon and it cost total $27 since I got premium pizzas and not 2 topping very yummy

Store ripped me off and gave me 6 wings instead of 8. I notified customer service and they did nothing to correct this. I won't ever buy Domino's pizza again. Lost a customer for life over 2 wings.

Gave me a salad expired the day before. The manager didnt seem to care. I have a feeling this place has a lot of health code violations based on the interaction with their manager. Corporate should investigate. The quality of ingredients are poor. I wonder what else they are serving past its use by date.

Update. The manager said she would refund the salad but no credit has been issued. A crew of incomptetant people. Do better Dominos.

Go to pick up my order it is wrong. No problem I let them remake it. They made it wrong again. Their response can I make it for you a third time? No, you can’t and you can’t have my business Pizza Hut’s better anyway.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this location and experience poor quality food. Please stop giving customers old pizza. We work hard for our money and deserve a good product. Seems like the cooks are warming left over pizza that was cooked earlier in the day and serving it. Terrible. Have some pride in what you do at work. Lord have mercy

Quick and easy. Pizza is pretty good and I don't typically like pizza. Love the drive thru
