They never make my order right I ordered a deluxe pizza last night and I got a pepperoni pizza with two slices of onions this Domino's really sucks

Worst experience in my life and still have not heard back from anyone about the complaint that I filed. My abbreviated complaint is below. Of course, it appears that this store has many service complaints: > I arrived at this store before 1230pm and the store closes at 1pm. I just wanted to get food for a large family gathering - 9 pizzas. The manager who was making the pizzas started talking to himself saying that there is no way he can make that many pizzas in an hour and he would have refused my order! I could not resist and told him that I apologized to the girl at the counter when I arrived and she said no problem and was very nice. I then continued to try to explain that I always come here and he has the right to refuse service and his Dist Manager would support him on this. I did say that he will get paid OT and tried to apologize and he said “that doesn’t change things”. So here I am with a manager that is very unprofessional and having a bad day, but that should not be my problem. What is worse is he is preparing our food for the night. Turns out I paid for my order at 1am - so basically got treated like crap for nothing. Later, I found out that I was given 9 cheese pizzas instead of 6 one topping and 3 cheese.

I asked the lady to remake my pizza after I requested it to be square cut and it wasn’t. She had a attitude that I asked for it to be remade. To get back at me she skimped on the toppings and purposely cut the pizza sloppy. She had the nerve to say “what’s wrong now?” As if I was the problem when I brought the remade pizza back, below you can see for yourself.
If you mess up it’s not a big deal just remake the pizza and don’t skimp on toppings or play with peoples food in any way (I’ve never played with a customers or anyone’s food no matter how mad I was). Unacceptable.

In town for a week long training class, and thought I would order from nearby Dominos!!! Please save your $ and order elsewhere! I even tipped the driver 30%, but the quality of food and service was below 10%!! Placed my order, for delivery I'm less than 3 miles away from this Dominos. That being said it is a Saturday evening, so I was able to factor that into everything, however I placed my order over 2 hours ago and it was just recently delivered!! You can opt in for delivery updates, but guess what they don't work! I found this out by calling Dominoes after an hour had passed and still no pizza! Here's an idea, when a person places an order and you don't have many drivers, don't bake the pizza at time of ordering only for it to " stay hot" in the heater box- only to arrive all rubbery and cold! Obviously the driver did not keep it warm in a bag on the way to my room! It's very annoying to pay over $40 for a pizza, a drink and delivery fees and than on top of that pay for the driver to deliver it!! It isn't the drivers fault, but who ever is running this show is failing miserably!! I blame myself and should have paid attention to the reviews before ordering! I am calling now and demanding a credit! oh and the corner of my thin crust specialty pizza was missing!

I love this Dominos! The pizza is always great, the pick up is always quick, and the delivery folks are always so kind. I will continue to get my pizza here :)
They lost my order then refused to make it expedited. Had to wait for a manager to come in. Got my pizzas 45 minutes later then I was originally told.

We ordered pizzas for a birthday party. The email said 18-29 min. 40 min later I called and the woman said that they would put it in the oven in 15 min and that she would get a manager. She left me on the phone with them for 25 min while I drove over and never got a manager.
The acting manager said it was a glitch in the system all day yesterday and that there was nothing they could do. No apology, no help and blamed Dominos. When they saw me text customer support my pizzas magically got moved up in line.
I told them I didn’t have time for delivery and the “acting manager” said they would give them to me
20 min later I got a text that my pizzas were on the way after I saw them take pizzas behind the counter and say the special order was ready, yes they gave them to the delivery driver.
Two of the employees nicely helped me get them back and we got our pizzas home almost 90 minutes after we ordered them. The acting manager had disappeared and nothing was offered to help.
Worst food experience ever, and no responsibility taken. They also intentionally sent my pizzas out for delivery after I asked them not to.
Edit: it’s been two weeks and I can’t even get a phone call back from management.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza online and was estimated 20 minutes. I arrived and had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my food to be made only to get home and find bacon in my pizza.
