I am a faithful customer of this location I have two pizza lovers at home usually order even twice a week, today was the third time I get my order wrong I never fight or argue! But today when I called them a guy over the phone said everyone in the store said they did it correctly and they need me to bring the pizza and they will make another one!!! I did brought it back the guy hear me out and his only answer was Okay not even apologized graved the pizza and tossed it in the trash… SO RUDE GUY!

We have been faithful customers for several years. Last night we ordered and the pictures will explain what our pizza looked like, no sauce on one and looked like it had been wrinkled and stuck, and the other speaks for itself, so I called the store and they agreed to resend the order. The second delivery comes, the one with no sauce was great second go round, but the other wasn't made with the correct ingredients, shouldn't have had onions on it. Normally, this store has always been reliable and awesome, but there reason was they were busy. I guess we will take a domino's break for awhile. 😕

I was a walk in about 5:30pm. I order a pan pizza with extra sauce. He immediately said we have to make it over done. I didn’t like that because I have never heard that before nor was it ever cooked that way before. I received the pizza. It was overdone and tastes like they covered it in cinnamon and sugar. They are obviously needing a professional manager and some training. I will not return to this location. Second bad experience in a row. Pizza taste like crap. I can’t eat the pizza and I think it was done on purpose. So disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!
I never have issues with dominos but today was ridiculous. I ordered delivery. Cash payment. I owed $29. I asked him if he had change and he said no and I told him I didn’t either and he said “you’re not okay giving me a $10 tip”. Like what? You don’t decide what I tip. Long story short. I had to tip him $10 to get my pizza or he wouldn’t deliver. I wasn’t aware that the driver was the one who decided the tip amount. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Anyone giving one star reviews, I feel, has never worked at a Dominoes, done delivery, or in the food industry at all. I could be wrong.
But MY experience has always been nothing but satisfactory and met my expectations time and time again.
Ya’ll keep doing what you’re doing. Every driver and line worker should have a second taken for them, everyday, and told they’re doing a great job and that they matter; this should be done if only For one reason. Because it’s true.
