The staff here is really nice but they frequently make errors. One visit they gave my order to a driver and I had to wait for them to make it. The next visit they forgot the garlic seasoning on the pizza. The staff is definitely nice though. Just seem to make errors often.

Delivered my pizza after two hours of waiting and calling the store thrown at my door not fully cut box almost open freezing cold didn’t even knock on the door. It was sitting in the dark for a good 30 minutes before I realized it was there. I am completely disgusted with how people treat each other. If you don’t like your job, then get a new job don’t make the customer suffer. I feel like I was punished for ordering. Actually hurt my feelings.

These guys were rockstars! We ordered a pizza and by mistake we ordered a no topping pizza. We called and they sent out a new pizza with the toppings we wanted and were so friendly about it. The staff here are awesome. Thanks so much and they deserve 5 stars.

Placed order via AI Agent and the order was right, but I definitely got over charged by $10+. Driver didn't show me a receipt or have me sign anything. I stopped into the store and the manager hade put down a bunch of notes and never called me to fix it. Also disappointed with the AI agent aspect and chat function not providing a receipt/confirmation

Employee laughed at me because I was upset that they took 30 mins after the order said it was ready online and didn’t even accommodate me for my TIME or explain why I was waiting! Will not be back , lack a costumer service!! Do better please
