Boosting cause dons is a 4.8- 4.9 bar. Not sure about all the one star reviews. I’ve been all over Denver for over a decade. The only bar I know where the staff doesn’t change. It is a crazy dive, but it’d be my #1 recommendation

Dons is the perfect place to grab a beer or to spend your whole evening. Great staff (including door guys), great activity opportunities (golf, buck, foosball, pool, shuffle board, duck claw, etc), great (cheap) drinks. They even have a touch tunes- what more could you want?

Rude bartenders. There are so many great dive bars in Denver where you won’t get talked down at by staff, so I recommend you skip this one.

Do not go here. The rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I did not stay and will never go back. I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully before by a bartender. She was completely unprofessional and judgmental.
* I have no issue with the rules of your establishment. I have issue with how your bartender decided to communicate them. It’s embarrassing. We simply asked to sit outside. There’s no need to speak to someone the way she decided to. I understand this is a dive bar and expectations are low, but this is just a joke of an establishment.
