Authentic corn beers from south of Texas. Some are higher gravity than others. Some are aged in clay pots. The blue corn one I had was great. Definitely going back

One of the places that makes me feel a little closer to Mexico!!!! The taste and the atmosphere is where it's at. The bartender tonight was awesome, I missed his name but he's there Fridays and Saturdays, very informative and attentive. Great little hangout place, chill, not too expensive.

Very tasty and unique beer from traditional Aztecan and Incan brewing techniques. Love the atmosphere of the tap house too.

Amazing brews! the staff is very knowledgeable about the beers and also very friendly. If you’re thinking of going, go!

Such a cool and unique spot serving house made drinks unlike any I’ve ever had. Plus a very aesthetically pleasing ambiance. A must try spot in denver!

The staff was great, beers were unique and tasty. I wish I had not procrastinated so much and got to this location sooner before learning that they were closing at the end of July. We will definitely be back to enjoy the beers before they are no more. Either way I wish them the best as it's so hard to find unique beer styles anymore. Thank you so much for what you have done for the beer community as a whole! Proof that if you walk by someplace and you're intrigued, you should stop in because you never know when that opportunity may not be there anymore.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect since their online beer menu wasn't the typical IPA or stout. I ended up having a fantastic experience! Melissa let me try samples and I ended up really liking one the the beers (to me it tasted close to kombucha). She was also super fun to talk to and extra friendly to everyone that came in and like me, wasn't sure what to expect. Highly recommend stopping in for a random new experience!

This was actually such a disheartening experience. As one of, if the only brown faces in this establishment, I felt like an inconvenience being there. The staff was so rude, the beers were sub par, the prices were gouged for trash beers. The atmosphere and contents of the brewery was a blatant cultural appropriation and disregard of of the folks they were "inspired by". There was nothing respesentative of a Latino brewery.

We were excited to see an elevated Mexican brewery in Denver. As a first generation Mexican, there isn’t very many places that merge my two worlds together. However, upon arriving there, I saw the lack of Hispanic representation. Yes the drinks, music, and atmosphere provided that familiar feeling. However, the bartenders were unwelcoming. It almost seemed like being the only Mexicans in the entire place bothered them. I asked questions about the different beers and she showed me the drink menu and when I left, I said thank you and no one acknowledged my gratitude. The bartender was quick to clean my spot when there was no one else in the room. This made it feel like my culture was appropriated and I was not welcomed where I should feel comfortable. Word of advice. Hire some diversity when you have a Mexican brewery with a welcoming attitude.if not, change the name.

Atmosphere and customer service was 5-star. However, if you are in search of a solid, traditional brew, this is not the place for you. Their beers are unique and have a bit more of a sour flavor profile. Again, love the vibe but the beers weren’t for me.

Great Brewery!! Would highly recommend! If you haven't tried it, why not? Great for people whose friends have to be gluten free!! Finally found a brewery that's not cider I can enjoy with friends that have dietary needs.Great atmosphere and they have bored games in the back you can play. Plenty of room to invite your friends and hangout.

Wonderful location and comfortable space. The beers are all really smooth and approachable. Definitely the best gluten free beer I have had. The Incan Chicha has a unique sweet and sour taste with a very smooth body. Family friendly and great N/A selection. Follow the lights!

One of the most unique and lovely breweries I’ve been to. I had a strawberry chicha and my husband tried the Azteca pulque. Both brews were delicious. Melissa was our bartender. She was super sweet, conversational, and thoughtful. She even let us sample some of the brews before we committed to any. Amazing customer service, tasty beverages, and overall, it passes the vibe check. We will be back ?

Awful tasting beer. They have a good location, so they can sell anything! It's very hipster ambiance and looks good in pictures, but in reality doesn't have much substance or any good beers.

I stopped in for happy hour with some friends and really enjoyed all the things we had to drink. The space is beautiful - clean, light, with great decorations. In a world of relatively boring breweries, this one hits a little different with tasty fermented flavors that delighted without being weird-for-weird's-sake the way some sours or overly hoppy beers can be. Just drinkable, enjoyable lively tastes in a great space. I will be back.
