dough counter is my favorite pizza in denver. i've been a few times now and the execution is always delicious. i also find the staff to be really excellent and attentive. very family friendly, as i've been able to dine with my 2 year old with no issue. i love the antipasto salad and the sicilian pies are nice. so much better than what i grew up eating in NYC - they are so light and pillowy.

and dont sleep on the galactic brownie, it's incredible and somehow gluten free.

This place is a gem. I've now had a variety of their pizzas and these guys do not mess around. I'm not normally a fan of thick breading, but their Sicilian is great. Great addition to the neighborhood ?.

I have Celiac disease and came to check this place out because it was recommended on Instagram. They have a dedicated fryer so the chicken strips and fries are Celiac safe! So delicious.

Celiac here and I loved it! Pizza Hut has nothing on this pizza. My gluten eating boyfriend ate the gluten free Sicilian with me. So yummy! Soft and fluffy!
