My all time fav coffee/tea shop. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is to die for. Great espresso and almond croissant. The space is huge with comfy couches. Music never too loud.

This is my favorite tea house in the area. The service cares so much about the tea, atmosphere, and people. I wish it was busier so they could get more people who know about it but I also love how quiet it is whenever I go

Delightful little cafe with great real-fruit teas, boba and light food options (breakfast burritos, pastries). Nice place to chill for a while and study or relax, usually pretty quiet!
