I brought a vegetarian friend here to try the meatless options, and the menu did not disappoint! We had plenty to choose from, and several items can also easily be made vegetarian. The Japanese/Italian fusion concept is really fun, and the GM Jeff has amazing energy and recommendations. In particular, try the the whipped tofu, cucumber salad, $1 mushroom/mascarpone pan-friend dumplings, flaming s’mores dessert, and house-made sake. The yakisoba (sans bacon) is also a standout, but I was so full at that point that I’ll need to go back to fully enjoy it. It’s a small place, so make a reservation and enjoy!
Dumplin’ is one of the greatest hidden gems in Denver. The space is cozy and clearly curated to be an environment to enjoy a happy hour or a nice dinner with friends. The food was phenomenal and the service even better. Between the specials, innovative menu, and overall vibes, I will be going back time and time again!
The food here is extremely tasty and the service cannot be beat! Manager Jeff was so inviting and kind - plus the meal was over the moon delicious. Highly recommend the Lamb Kabobs, they were grilled to perfection and glazed with a sweet and savory sauce. Get the Ginger Chicken with Garlic and Coriander Dumplings - you will not be disappointed!
Incredible dinner for our anniversary! Ethan was so friendly and his recommendations for food were spot on. Waygu and truffle dumplings as well as the dumpling of the day (burrata and kale) were unreal. Bao bun trio flavor profiles were wildly unique and fun.
Finished it off with the s’mores dessert which was what we had for dessert on our wedding so that was most fitting! Definitely will be back.
Living in Edgewater I am always looking for new spots. Finding Dumplin’ was such a find. From our first greeting from the charismatic manager, Jeff, to our server Kiera, it was a great experience. Never having been there we asked Kiera to surprise us, we gave her our budget and she tailored and curated our perfect menu! Bravo, Kiera! Now for the food… The Octopus and Shrimp Fritto was excellent. The Wagyu and Truffle dumplings were out of this world. The Bao Bun Flight also great and the Hamachi Crudo, melt in your mouth amazing. We wrapped up with a Scorched S’mores Flambè Sundae that was perfect way to end our meal. Truly such a great addition to the Highlands. Cannot wait for our next visit! (GREAT music playlist too) I highly recommend Dumplin’!!
Came in for our first time at this location since it was Salt & Grinder and it did not disappoint! Manager, Jeff, doubled as our server and he was awesome! We had a great time.
Stopped by tonight and loved it! Can’t wait to go back, especially since the patio is pup friendly. Service was so friendly and attentive, food was great, vibes were great. The GM even ran out at one point and offered a passing by family with young kids to come in and get fun bracelets. Been meaning to try this place for a while, so glad we did.
recently went there for the first time and loved it! The Gua Smash was awesome, would highly recommend the pork and leek dumplings and the duck confit bao
Good dumplings, and friendly staff. Has the most outdoor seating of any restaurant on 32, great for a summer evening. Only feedback is that the menu is hard to read
One of my favorite places to eat! Service was incredible, drinks were amazing, food was delicious. The pork belly bao, blue yu-knees, gua smash, and the smores dessert were all amazing.

The sous chef Keenan made an incredible matcha tiramisu dessert, and the wagyu truffle dumplings and the burrata kale dumplings were STELLAR. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spin on Italian Asian cuisine.
Amazing new dumpling spot. Lots of Italian influence. Drinks were great. Service was incredible.
THE BEST Bao Buns I have EVER had! Cant stop thinking about the Sward Fight either... we had the chicken! Honesty, the whole experience was great! Very cozy restaurant and the service was impeccable! I specifically remember Jordan making sure we were having a wonderful dinner and as I looked around he did that at every single table that had been seated. Highly recommend for the food, the service and the laughter!
Dumplin' is becoming one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. Their patio is a nice place to hang out while trying some of their cocktails, which are fun and tasty. The menu is conducive to trying a mix of dishes, so it's a good place to go with a group. Some of my favorites are the whipped tofu appetizer, hamachi, wagyu beef dumplings (super flavorful!), and the porchetta bao buns.
What truly sets Dumplin' apart is the staff. Everyone I've interacted with has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. On multiple visits, they've surprised me with complimentary dessert, which is a really thoughtful gesture. I really appreciate how the staff will walk you through the menu and offer actual recommendations. They're never vague or hesitant; they tell you what they love. They are excited about the menu, and it shows!
Shoutout to Jordan, the general manager. He's so engaging, and it seems that his philosophy toward hospitality helps set the tone for the whole place. It really feels like the staff takes pride in making sure customers feel taken care of.
Absolutely phenomenal! This was our second visit, and somehow it was even better than the first—which had already blown our socks off.
We started with the tofu hummus, which is honestly a must-try. Creamy, flavorful, and unlike anything else—it’s a standout dish. I had the special soba noodles that our waiter recommended (not even listed on the menu!) and they were incredible. We also shared the pan-fried Wagyu dumplings, a bao bun that was melt-in-your-mouth good. Everything was just so good.
To top it all off, the vanilla mochi for dessert was absolutely divine—soft, subtly sweet, and paired perfectly with the Oreo crumble. You cannot pass it up.
And of course, the service was stellar. Jordan and Ethan took amazing care of us—attentive, warm, and super knowledgeable about the menu.
If you’re thinking about going, don’t hesitate. This place is a gem and keeps getting better every time.
