I brought a vegetarian friend here to try the meatless options, and the menu did not disappoint! We had plenty to choose from, and several items can also easily be made vegetarian. The Japanese/Italian fusion concept is really fun, and the GM Jeff has amazing energy and recommendations. Dumplin’ is one of the greatest hidden gems in Denver. The space is cozy and clearly curated to be an environment to enjoy a happy hour or a nice dinner with friends. The food was phenomenal and the service even better. Between the specials, innovative menu, and overall vibes, I will be going back time and time again!

The food here is extremely tasty and the service cannot be beat! Manager Jeff was so inviting and kind - plus the meal was over the moon delicious. Highly recommend the Lamb Kabobs, they were grilled to perfection and glazed with a sweet and savory sauce. Get the Ginger Chicken with Garlic and Coriander Dumplings - you will not be disappointed!
