The coffee can be inconsistent, but overall decent and service has always been wonderful. Never any issues with the donuts or other food.
This place is run terrible. All of the employees are grumpy. No one likes their work environment. The food and coffee is consistently poorly prepared. I can’t remember a time when I came here and my order was 100% correct. They are usually missing an item in my order, missing things like cheese, serving cold food, coffee made wrong, etc. Today, I went to pick up my online order in the drive thru. I asked for a pup cup and was not told a price and just to pull around. When the man that took my order was going to give it to me at the window, he asked for $0.50. I informed him that it makes no sense to take someone’s order, not give them a price, and try to demand that money after the fact. If you’re charging a price for something, be upfront about it.
This is my last visit to this Dunkin location. If I save one person from this place, then the time I took to write this review was worth it.

Came here with my girlfriend on the 16th to get the Halloween 50 Munchkins bucket she really only wanted it for the bucket. However even though the app said the had it, they did not. We then asked for a refund and as of today I have not received my 17$ for said bucket. The employees were beyond dismissive and rude.

The donuts are not worth the treatment this lication serves. Today was the last chance I will give this location. The staff is never friendly. Today, I was rudely greeted at the door with "our lobby is closed." I understand the stress of being short staffed, but it is not the publics fault. Not once in many visits have I been thanked for my patronage. Go somewhere else if you want a friendly, appreciated experience.
