An update. The general manager, i think her name was Nichole, is unprofessional and the staff doesn't understand that giving caffinated drinks to people who request a decaf is a real health and safety concern. Its no joke. You'd think they'd remember that important info from their training videos. I used to come here all the time for my iced coffee and hashbrowns, but all the friendly and helpful employees left. I've never seen a buisness with so many bad reviews that no amount of positive reviews can hide them.

They refuse to get anything right in the 2 years that I've lived over here. Even if you go in and ask them for properly cooked food, expect it raw and inedible. My wife and I have a habit of cooking the food when we get home, since it is raw 100% of the time. They can't even frost a donut properly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Update: Recently they triple charged my card and then said they had no food. The said they don't do refunds or provide receipts, despite charging my card three times and giving me no food or drink. I contacted corporate, who reached out to the store repeatedly for 2 weeks and never heard back. Corporate ended up having to refund me through their high priority customer care team. What a shame this place has become.
