Today I ordered via the app when I was 7 minutes away from the drive-thru. Once there I waited 50 minutes in line only to be told that they were out of Oat milk (the whole reason I went there) and all three of the types of donuts I ordered (said they only had two donut types to pick from) and that they couldn't refund me and I'd have to do it through the app. Once we pulled up to the window, they gave us the wrong drink, fixed it but I should have checked the food as well as it...read full review
