I ordered an iced matcha drink, but it was filled with ice to the point where nearly two-thirds of the cup was ice, leaving very little actual drink. I was really looking forward to enjoy it and it was disappointing. Additionally, I had asked for sugar-free blueberry or strawberry syrup, but the location didn’t have either in stock. It’s frustrating to not be able to get a full drink or the syrup options that are typically available

Donuts plus breakfast and other food options. The bavarian cream donut is my favorite here and the avocado toast is good. The espresso based drinks are better than the drip coffee.
Service was fast and friendly; the food was delivered promptly even though they were doing a brisk drive-through business. There are a few booths and tables for dine in customers.
There's plenty of parking.

Be careful they are trying to sell a 15 dollar bucket of donuts for the summer collection for $40 and when my wife showed the app this morning they said that prices vary at location even if the price is in the app and on the menu. Very rude poor customer service

Just got the $6 meal deal at 1:15 today. I was wondering why the tax is 92 cents and the lady at the window just said that was a regular tax rate so I looked at the receipt and they added 40 cents for American cheese. I went in to get my 40 cents back cuz I didn't ask for American cheese and the bigger lady Mary Beth started yelling at me that I was complaining about 40 cents and also my coffee was only halfway full. She literally was yelling at me on my way out the door you talk about somebody that really takes their job for granted.

I've been coming here almost every morning for the last year and I love this location. I've NEVER had a problem. If I did it was always fixed immediately! The staff is always nice and food is always fresh and quick. I've been to other dunkins in the area and this one is by far superior.

The workers are super sweet. Every time I come in they have a smile on their face. Even when they’re upset they always show you their perfect smile. The short girl is super nice and makes THE BEST MATCHA. Also, she’s looks good in every color it’s acc insane?!? I always ask my matcha be made by her because when I tell you it is the best damn matcha… IT IS!! She’s always ask others how they are and does her best to get to know her repeat customers. Love this Dunkin. If there are negative reviews it’s because they were playin in their face and sorry customers are NOT always right 🙂↔️ Be kind to the people that make your coffee. It’s not that hard. There’s no need for an attitude. Leave it at home because they don’t play 🫶🫶
