I've been coming here almost every morning for the last year and I love this location. I've NEVER had a problem. If I did it was always fixed immediately! The staff is always nice and food is always fresh and quick. I've been to other dunkins in the area and this one is by far superior.

The workers are super sweet. Every time I come in they have a smile on their face. Even when theyāre upset they always show you their perfect smile. The short girl is super nice and makes THE BEST MATCHA. Also, sheās looks good in every color itās acc insane?!? I always ask my matcha be made by her because when I tell you it is the best damn matchaā¦ IT IS!! Sheās always ask others how they are and does her best to get to know her repeat customers. Love this Dunkin. If there are negative reviews itās because they were playin in their face and sorry customers are NOT always right šāāļø Be kind to the people that make your coffee. Itās not that hard. Thereās no need for an attitude. Leave it at home because they donāt play š«¶š«¶

The young lady working today with the glasses should be promoted to general manager! I have been coming to Dunkin for years and no one has EVER put napkins in my bag! I didnāt even have to ask! She gets it!!

Unfortunately, the reviews about rude staff are true. I go to this Dunkin every single day. Iāve come every single day for months. Iāve always had decent experiences until today. The staff member at the window was so, so very rude. She ignored me, spoke over me when I made a request, told me to have a good day to which I replied āthank you,ā and she very rudely quipped āOR NOT.ā I have no idea what warranted this mean girl behavior. I called the store to let them know, and I mustāve spoken with the same worker, because I was hung up on.
I understand that everyone has bad days, but Iāve always been so incredibly sweet to the folks at this store. The last time I spoke with this worker, I gushed over how much I loved her nightmare before Christmas nails. I donāt understand why she was so mean to me today. Iām sad that Iāll have to stop coming to my favorite place every day- I donāt to risk another interaction that paints my morning in the way this did. My passenger suggested a call to the district manager or to corporate; I wonāt be doing that. People have bad days. I just wish her bad day didnāt have to become mine.
Iām upset to be honest, weāve been here 3 times in the last two weeks and each time the person taking our order was extremely rude and impatient while we were ordering. Yesterday we ordered two blueberry muffins, a plain hot chai and a hot coffee only to be told at the window after we paid that they donāt have blueberry muffins they also put two random syrups in the chai which we didnāt even ask for. However we were compensated with an extra donut instead and the cashier was very apologetic. I do not think itās fair to the many good employees at this location to make a generalization I believe it may be poor management that these issues stem from.

Terrible service. The last at the drive thru just kept rushing us to order and had an ugly attitude. Trying to explain what I wanted and it was like trying to get through to a 2yo brain. Still got the wrong drink ???āāļø The incompetence is real here.

I guess it depends on who makes your drink Iām tired of getting a drink with plenty of swirls in it and not being able to taste the flavor just coffee and milk. Sucks when youāve gotten the same exact drink before and it tastes perfectly delicious and then some days taste completely different.

Good and friendly service, but this morning I got a Bacon breakfast snack wrap and it smelled and tasted of electricity, not sure what that's about ? it was disgusting though I had to spit it out??
