New locations are coming up all over, and wait times are a little excessive. Need better organization of customers orders. I ordered online from home and waited an additional 10 minutes all to arrive, and my order was not made. Had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be completed.

Standard Dutch Bros. Just leaving this review because Google Maps takes you to some random strip mall nearby, and not the actual location. The actual building is located across the street next to the Take 5 Oil Change and OneMain Financial. Just want to put this here so others don't have to drive around confused like me 🤣

I wanted to start off by saying I have been a Dutch Bros customer for over a year now and have had zero complaints about service or products. However, yesterday, January 2nd 2025 at about 740 pm, I witnessed a concerning act. While in line at this location a vehicle was in front of me getting coffee with a dog in the back seat. The barista at the window ( I did not get her name but it was a blonde girl) “greeted” the dog by petting it. The barista then took the can of whipped cream and squirted the whipped cream in the dog’s mouth. The tip of the can came inches away from the dog’s mouth. When working around food, I don’t think staff should be interacting with animals, let alone squirting whipped cream in their mouths. As I sat and watched the whole interaction I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Instead of the worker putting the whipped cream in a cup, she used a product that will then be used on other humans coffees. This is unacceptable and was a complete turn off and made me question how often that happens. Maybe more training needs to be done about sanitary practices across the board.

I have great experiences in different locations, but for some reason, this location always, no matter what time in the day it is, has huge lines. I have been making my own coffee at work for the last 2 weeks. This morning, it was 6:40 am, and they had already 5 cars waiting in line. I have noticed that none of the broistas take orders outside. They always wait for you to order at the window. So your best chance is to be the first one in line to get a quick stop coffee.

Usually love this place! But this time around i feel the care taken into making beverages was bare minimum as my drink tasted like cleaning chemicals and my throat now burns from this drink. Never habe i had this issue before so i was genuinely confused with what was happening to my throat but i boiled it down to the coffee. I don't think i will be returning to this location as drinking chemical residue is not fun and can be very dangerous.

One of the best COFFEE SHOPS OUT HERE IN DENVER CO AND RHE NEW MOBILE ORDER THROUGH THE DUTCH BRO APP IS AMAZING AND YOU DONT HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE AT ALL I WOULD GIVE 20 STARS IF I COULD. FAVORITE DRINK IS THE CARAMEL PUMPKIN BURLEE FREEZE ?

Everything is good but you guys need to get another gear I waited in line for 45 minutes I would have left but i couldn't jump the curb with my car . You guys should take notes from the Dutch bro on colfax they get more busy then this location but are a lot more efficient or maybe management needs to put there foot down and expect more from employees

I feel like I am in a relationship with this place. I miss them when I'm in Wyoming, but I try to see them everywhere else I go. I still love it. Great coffee, and fantastic service form the kids that work there.
