We are team starbies! Tonight we decided to get Dutch Bros! While waiting in line to order the worker handing out the drinks pet the customers dog and put there hands all over that customers drink which it’s her dog her drink but when we pulled up to the window the worker never bothered washing there hands. I am allergic to dog so i most definitely would have had an allergic break out on my mouth if I had decided to actually get a drink! So very disappointed! I will never ever think again about stopping at this location at all! I can only imagine what else those hands touch behind the drive thru window!

I LOVE Dutch Bris and this is one of my favorite stands. I go multiple times a week and know half of the staff by name. I’ve never once had a bad drink there. Today, however I had a safety concern. I was waiting in line to place my order and saw a man on a bike basically showering in the parking lot. The truck in front of me had stopped to make sure everything was ok and so did I. He was very close in proximity to the young staff who were all young women today. He finally went on his way and we were able to relax and order but I would personally appreciate some safety measures for this hardworking staff. Seriously, they do great work here and deserve a safer work space. This was completely out of their control and won’t detract from my rating but please lock that water pump if possible.

If you like Disneyland everyday then since your new home is not Starbucks then it's Dutch Bros. So what's your problem? Why aren't you here but the line is not long. You just got to make sure you don't back into anybody while you're waiting in the line and your car is sticking out on to Alameda but it's okay. There's some kind of construction there and you can pull your car way over to the right and hang out in that construction zone. So back your car up the line moves super quick. They got Bros out taking your order. Listen to music. Check your email. This is the bomb on Alameda. Just do it. It's over by the I don't know. Just go to Dutch Bros. Forget Starbucks. Starbucks is dead. And my dog got a pup cup with a whipped cream and a treat. A good size treat, not one of those mini jobs! Super friendly people without anything but a fun attitude. It was great. I will be back. It's my new spot. The spot to hit before I hit the road, toad.

By far the WORST DB location I've been to. The employees are unbelievably rude, they do not fill drinks all the way, they let the drive thru line become 10+ cars long and everyone has to order at the window then wait on their drink before the next car can ever order. If you skip the tip screen you get straws thrown into ur car instead of handed to you. Nobody says hello. The attitude that every single one of these employees has it atrocious. DO BETTER.
