Our waiter took forever to take our order. We had to make a point to tell him that we wanted to order with our bar order, we had an event at a theater. When the food arrived, it was cold. My husband order rigatoni, it was ice cold! I tasted it and it was like they took the pasta out of the freezer and just thawed it and threw it on the dish with cold sausage and cold sause. We couldn't find our waiter to have it taken back, he never returned to our table after he served us. None of the 4 of us had warm food. UNACCEPTABLE! We had to hunt him down to get our bill, me, I would've not tipped the waiter but, of course my husband operates differently.....he got a tip. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS RESTAURANT AND RECOMMEND OTHERS TO RECONSIDER.
The interior decor is nice and modern. Music was beyond loud and we were almost shouting across a table for 2. Service was good, however I felt like we were being upsold. I wanted tap water, and when we ordered still by mistake (didn't open it) the waiter seemed like he wasn't going to let us send it back. But he did. Then I ordered a glass of wine (very nice rose) and he said "so an 8oz?" I said yes, thinking that was the smallest glass and turns out it was an upsell to a higher priced glass. Then my partner ordered a steak with peppercorn sauce. I didn't read the menu for his entree closely but they charged $4 for a small cup of sauce. Really ? Kind of ridiculous. But the think that made us decide we won't go back was when both of our dinners came out room temperature. I had truffle pasta with chicken. The chicken was dry and overcooked. It must have been cooked ahead, and kept in quantity for use. His steak was cooked nicely, but just warm, with luke warm potatoes and broccollini. We have too many good choices for dinner before a concert, so won't be back.
The pork and shrimp dumplings were a great start. Pork chop and large salad made for a great meal. I almost cancelled when I read the reviews that said the music was too loud to be able to have a conversation. Management must have read the reviews because the music was at a background level. We would come back.
Caleb, our server was great! Attentive and friendly. Drinks were good, service was good. I had the Birra tacos. They were yummy.
The staff was very welcoming and accommodating for our needs. Our server was attentive and the steak was great. Will definitely return.
Service was the highlight on our visit. Music was too loud to carry on a conversation across the table. However the music selection was spot on. Our server was helpful, there when needed and very friendly in a good way. My fish tacos were lacking flavor but the tortellini was a hit. The Pinot was delicious and a perfect compliment. The check matched well with our overall experience. Worth a return.
A small group of us came in for dinner on a weeknight. We made reservations, which is a good thing as they were quite busy when we arrived. Our server, Linda was FABULOUS! She was very helpful and attentive and she kept a good eye on our party. She also was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent service. The menu was loaded with many appetizing options, it was tough to decide. I chose their Spicy Calabrian Pasta and I have to say it was FABULOUS! Actually, just returned from a couple of weeks in Italy recently and the flavors of this pasta rivaled some of the better pasta dishes I had there! I got it with the add-on of chicken and at Linda’s suggestion, I tried it blackened. I didn’t think the flavors would work with the Calabrian pasta’s sauce, but they totally worked great together! And that chicken was easily the most tender, moist chicken breast I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Most of the time restaurant’s chicken breast add-ons are dry and flavorless, but not this one! My wife got the Shrimp and Scallop Spaghettini and those the pasta and sauce were fabulous, she said the shrimp and scallops were not good at all, they were over-cooked. She didn’t complain about this, because she enjoyed the pasta so much and was full from eating just it. They have a nice wine and cocktail list as well and we enjoyed items from it during our stay. Save room for dessert, their Key Lime pie is excellent! It’s definitely better than most restaurants I’ve had it at. Overall, this was a much better experience than the one I had at a different Earl’s a few years ago. I’ll definitely revisit an Earl’s location again based on this dinner!
It's not fair to rate the food since we were never served. 20 minutes after seating with no acknowledgement from waitstaff we left. Restaurant was on,y half full. Waiter serving the table beside us appeared to go out of his way not to walk by our table.
When you book a venue for corporate event site-unseen, it’s always a bit risky. Earl’s far exceeded my expectations. We had a private event upstairs for 35 people. The ambience was great, the service was amazing and our event planner Meryl did not miss a beat. We book events all over the US when we travel for our company functions. I would highly recommend Earls.
We have had good experiences at Earls but last night was just off. The server was friendly but may have been covering too many tables, as we had significant waits to order our entrees. The music in in main area was too loud - difficult to have a conversation. We will try again but not the usual night at Earl's.

We waited quite awhile (5-10 minutes) at the front desk to be seated. The bartender eventually went in the kitchen and a hostess came rushing out chewing. It seemed like she had been eating in the back. Our server Ricky was great! The food was delicious except the Nashville chicken bites - those were just too spicy. Drinks were amazing
Food was decent and portions were generous. Our serivce people were good. It was quite loud with dance music playing during dinner hours. Sports bar atmosphere with big screen TVs on everywhere. Wine list was a joke.
Great place, very business oriented. The food was great and the service was very good. The only complaint is they changed the game on the tv without asking
Food was quite good, but the place was very understaffed - servers were bussing tables, running food, etc. My plate was tasty but was quite slow to arrive and got to the table lukewarm. Service was very friendly and pleasant, and atmosphere is somewhat upscale. Noise level was a little loud for my taste.
Nicola was the sweetest server, made our evening with her service and will be coming back here!
