Great place - often book punk bands and support Punk Rock Saves Lives. I think they often have jam band hippie music. Not my style - but hey there's a massive crowd for it in Denver, so more power to them. This is everything you would want in a bar in the part of Colfax that's still Colfax. Bartender is super cool, and plenty of spots if you want your own space. My only negative is that I wish I could go there more!I did this review 2 years ago is now “new”. Positive is that’s even better now!

Failed to be open after directly telling me they’re open.Failed completely in serving alcohol, after tricking me into traveling for alcohol.Expect to be disserved by locals that care more about dealing coke than being open.

I was there for a live music event, & despite the crowd the staff had everything in hand. There was water & cups for anyone not drinking alcohol, of which I was, and any issues were promptly handled as soon as the staff was aware like a spill on the dance floor that was brought to their attention. A great small venue & I'm sure when it's warm enough for outdoor shows it would be even better. Great laid back 'dive bar' atmosphere for anyone looking for a place that isn't at all fancy.

The atmosphere is real neighborhood feel. Friendly and socially comfortable. The variety of awesome music as well as the people. I had a great time. And got some good information on some of the local musicians and venue's around around the local township. Which was very much appreciated! A good time. I here live band on Tuesday the 29th I believe. But you might want to check. I'm going.

Cool little spot. Definitely a dive bar but great vibes. They had some great live music and the beers were not that expensive. They are open late and the bartenders are very friendly as well.

I love this bar! We had a party there, let them know in advance and they had some extra games and karaoke set up for us. Jillian behind the bar was awesome!
They don't have food but everything else was pretty great. Went with some friends for a show, great atmosphere and lots of fun. They have karaoke on Fridays which is really fun.

One word: Malort....two more words: Good timesSuch a neat dive on Colfax surrounded by awesome Mexican food. The drinks are cold a cheap and they aren't shy with the Malort. The back patio is very cozy in good weather. I saw 2 shows here recently and was thrilled with how nice the staff was and how fun the crowds were. Looking forward to coming back
