Ordered take out and my wife picked it up so can't weigh in on service or atmosphere but she said she got a text on her way there that it was ready and it was when she got there.
I ordered the tsukemen and it was fantastic. The dipping broth was properly seasoned and really too much to be eaten as a regular soup - as it's supposed to be. The chashu was fantastic, some of the better I've had. Wife and daughter loved their shoyu. Cost was about what we paid at other places.
I don't know if I'd say this is my favorite ramen in Denver, but it was very very good. I wouldn't call myself an expert but I do know ramen pretty well and have been to dozens of Ramen places around the country and most of the good ones here in Denver. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

$10 for ramen these days is gamechanger
Very kind and helpful lady. Only had tuna avocado roll but they were big prices and stuck together. Fresh and delicious. Can't wait to try more things here.

I should have canceled my order when i placed it. The service that I got was cold and rude, the woman taking my order seemed irritated about something and she took that out through her service.
I ordered the baja california roll and a small spicy miso bowl combo. The miso tasted like pepper water, there was almost no flavor, the only thing good in that bowl was the tofu. The baja california roll was not spicy at all, it looked nothing like the photos and had no cheeto powder on it, the tuna tasted canned. It came out to be $35 and was extremely unsatisfying.

The food tasted like sushi, the service was nice but the experience of eating was not great. They barely rolled the sushi, it was loose and hard o pick up with chopsticks. Eventually I had to throw it in a bowl and eat it with a fork 🙄

Service was fast ordering was easy. The quality was mid especially for the price I got 1 thin slice of pork and a bunch of tofu when i ordered the Miso Tonkotsu Ramen/Regular Size yes the description says it comes with tofu but I was expecting more than 1 tiny slice of tonkotsu.

I had garlic oil tonkatsu ramen for lunch. I ordered a small one. It's just enough size for me. The broth is good. The egg was perfect. It reminded me of my childhood.

The best ramen I’ve tried in Denver! I had the spicy tonkotsu, which was absolutely delightful. Really sweet people that own and operate Ebisu as well.
