We really appreciated and enjoyed our service from Adriana, who encapsulates all the best attributes of a professional server. She was very pleasant, thorough in communication about the menu and eta of meals, and well paced with check ins. The ambiance is just right with lighting and music to match the more upscale environment. The Old Fashioneds were wonderfully crafted; New York strip was fabulous, and we loved the recommended signature dessert. Overall, we are very happy we decided to try Edge and have this memorable meal on our last evening in Denver. Cheers!
We have had dinner here multiple times. The food and service are excellent. The wine list by the glass is excellent with reasonable prices for the quality of wines offered. I love the booths! The only problem we ran into this last time was that all the appetizers did not come at the same time leaving two people without food for about 15 minute while the rest of the table waited and then eventually started to eat.
Another great experience. Fantastic service from Adam and the rest of the support staff. Appreciate the allergy awareness and communication. Great food!
The ambiance was a light, classy, and airy feel. Super chill environment and great staff. The customer service exceeded expectations as every person we encountered had a warm and personable demeanor about them. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and free of judgment, which enhanced our experience a great deal. Thr food: exceptional, some dishes had surprising combinations, but we did not have any complaints, as everything we ordered was delectable. Since neither of us drink, we especially liked the creativity and variety of choices on the zero-proof (non-alcoholic) menu. A lot of mocktails tend to be overly sweet, but these were well-balanced with complimentary flavors. The toffee pudding hit the spot, as the whiskey flavor really made that dessert a home run.
We enjoy this restaurant. We find the food, service and wine very good. We appreciate that they keep our dietary restrictions and seating preferences on file. Tonight, we did not like the recorded music playing when we were seated, but as more people arrived, it was less prominent.
Wanted to go here for some time, finally made it in to celebrate my husband's birthday. I was seriously blown away but all the excellent service. From the initial greeting at the host stand, to the servers, even the general manager checked it to see if we needed anything. Everyone was so pleasant & friendly. William, our server, was exceptional! He gave wonderful recommendations off the menu. The menu had an impressive amount of options other than steak which was nice! Outside of the cocktails being on the pricey side, the value of our meal & the experience all together was just fantastic! Would highly recommend & go again in the future!
Absolutely phenomenal all around. Will be back again to dine here. Everything was exceptional.
Excellent service, lovely environment, and delicious food at the Edge. The buffet had everything you might want to enjoy including an omelette station. The musician was wonderful. We enjoyed our time there.
A bit disappointed in the brunch selection, and the omelet station was VERY busy with just one poor guy working the station. Service was good and friendly.
We were sadly very disappointed with our first time eating at Edge. When we checked in we were informed that they were busy with a special event and we would have to wait for a table to open up, even though we had a reservation.
We ended up sitting down 40 minutes after our reservation time. We informed the host that we were going to a show that night so we were on a tight schedule. She wasn’t very personable but did pass that info onto the manager.
We proceeded to sit at our table for 10 minutes before the waiter even showed up to introduce himself. So we didn’t order until nearly an hour after our reservation.
The most baffling part of the whole evening was the service was absolutely horrible from almost everyone we interacted with. The host was not courteous or professional. The manager who seated us didn’t say a word to us or even smile. And when we ordered wine the sommelier seemed annoyed to be there. The service was astonishingly bad for a restaurant associated with the Four Seasons.
There are plenty of other quality restaurants in the theater district that we will frequent in the future, but we won’t be coming back to Edge.

Everything was high quality, from food, service, to atmosphere. Pricy and smaller plates but well worth it.
Dessert was outstanding. And the cuteness of the beets flower was a nice surprise. My friend said the sea bass vas very good.

We had a wonderful evening spending our anniversary here. Brent was our server and did a great job. Super welcoming and upbeat.
We ordered a a couple cocktails, a New York strip which was cooked perfectly, coconut shrimp, gluten free bread that was top notch, whipped potatoes and a chocolate with raspberry sorbet dessert. Every item was outstanding.
I cannot eat gluten and they accommodated without question.
Food, service, atmosphere were all A+.
I’ve visited Edge a few times, and it’s usually been a great experience with outstanding food. The waitress mentioned they recently hired a new chef, which might explain the shift. I remember the dry-aged ribeye being incredible in the past, but this time it was disappointing, especially with the addition of a very off-tasting BBQ sauce. The mac and cheese was still excellent, but the mashed potatoes came out cold. Overall, this place used to be worth the price, but unfortunately, I don’t feel that way anymore.

I've been here many times and the food is usually phenomenal, including the steaks, but most recently I ordered a medium steak and it came out absolutely raw, asked them to put it on longer, they absolutely burned the outside but the inside was again still raw.
That said, desert was amazing, my wife's meal was also great, I wound up stealing some.
