Excellent service and a lovely brunch - a great place to celebrate a birthday with friends!
The food and service were excellent. The steaks are properly cooked and good quality. The by the glass wine list is good with many options.
We used a Travel Zoo promotion for our lovely brunch at Edge. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. The food was outstanding. Everything on their Brunch Bar was fabulous. We also enjoyed a complimentary Mimosa as part of our promo. Britney was our server. She was very attentive and nice. We would go back if it was with another promo. The Brunch Bar is $$$. Also, must say the chia pudding with apple butter was the bomb! So GOOD.
The music was a little loud as the room was not full on a Sunday evening. The service was perfect level of attentiveness. The food was delicious and visually appealing. Words escape me for the Sticky Toffee Pudding.
My husband and I went here on a while Halloween night and am I glad we did! Phil was our server and he was, hands down amazing. He gave us wonderful recommendations and was very attentive without being too pushy.
My husband had the 21 day dry aged prime topped with blue cheese, and it was to die for. The bread with trio of butters was a very nice touch. I had the waygu, while it wasn't the same as a Japanese A5, it was very tender and perfectly seasoned. We also ordered raw oysters and they were some of the best east coast oysters we've had in colorado. Definitely recommended! Ask to sit in Phil's section!

A little pricey but that is expected. I had a really good burger here around lunch time. Good place to have a business lunch meeting if you need to as it's relatively quiet.

We love celebrating special occasions at EDGE! It's our go - to for a memorable night out. The food is always amazing; it's my husband's absolute favorite place to get a ribeye in Denver.
Our server, phil was amazing!! So knowledgeable and patient. The 21 day dry aged prime was to die for. The bread with trio of butters was a very nice touch and some of the best east coast oysters we've had in colorado

Just WOW!
I had some important clients in town for a convention and made pre-arrangements for the Butcher Block private dining room. Everything was so well coordinated from the pre-planning with the event planner and advanced consultation with Chef Najib the day prior.
He came up with a spectacular 4 course meal with with pairings by the sommelier that truly wowed my guests.
Here are some photos .. sorry I was so excited about the scallop dish that I dove in before taking the photo.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Chef Najib is new there and wow what a great hire! Thank you for making a truly special night for me and my guests.

Restaurantji Recommends
We hosted a customer appreciation event at the Edge during a citywide conference. Our numbers grew and James moved us into a perfect area to accommodate our party. We had a combination of comfy seats and high top tables. The food was excellent and customer service was over the top. Cassandra did a great job in keeping up with all the drink orders. The staff was quick to respond when we needed to order more food. I would highly recommend this venue. The team did an awesome job for us. Thank you!

Steak was awful. 14oz strip was cooked rare, not med rare, and was cold on the outside by the time it got to me (like it was sitting on the plate for 10 minutes). No real seasoning and certainly no crust. Toughest strip I've ever had, and at $77 for a 14 ouncer (sans any sides), it better be tender.
Their old fashioned was way too sweet, and tasted like Robitussin. Maybe they slipped on the demerera syrup?
Service was excellent, though! Very nice ambience/atmosphere. The sides were great, especially the Brussels sprouts and truffle Mac. Fries were good but overly salty, and the whipped mash were very good as well. Appetizers were all good, especially the burrata salad and the bread. I'd come back, but wouldn't get a steak. For a place that bills itself as a steakhouse, there was no excuse for the strip to be this bad.

The brunch was delicious; a nice variety of selections. A little on the pricey side, but worth it. Good service; good food.
