I highly recommend the Seafood Cobb. It was a truly 5-star dish featuring Fresh Lobster, Crab, and Shrimp, Egg, Tomato, Cucumber, and Avocado, Basil Ranch dressing and crunchy Focaccia Croutons.

We enjoy this spot for breakfast while we are in town. Service is amazing, food is very good. Sourdough is amazing. The restaurant is usually busy so it does get a bit noisy. We will visit again when we are back for another Broncos game.

Incredibly expensive and deeply disappointing. A $39 “smash burger” that wasn’t smashed at all - just gross, thick, frozen-tasting patties with none of the crispness you expect. Completely missed the point. The chocolate chip cookie was equally bad, tasted cheap and mass-produced. For the price and the Four Seasons name, this was a huge letdown.

Phenomenal meal prior to the theatre. Lots of gluten free options, including bread! Service was top notch. Save room for dessert- it was decadent!
We were there for dinner on New Year’s Eve and they offered a set menu for the night. The service was excellent. We interacted with about 5–6 different staff members, and every single one of them was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude. The restaurant itself looks really nice, and the food was overall delicious.
The only minor downside was that our main course arrived a bit cold. We ordered the wagyu and the lobster, and it seemed like they may have been sitting out for a short time before reaching our table. Since it was already late and a very busy night, we didn’t send them back.
Overall, it was still a great experience, especially considering how busy New Year’s Eve was. I’d definitely go back again.

We went during the holiday break, so expected it to be quite busy.it indeed was we still got sat and served pretty fast. I was really happy with the steak it was way better than I expected as they dry it in house.it was really good and flavorful. I definitely would recommend edge steakhouse to anybody in Denver.
