The Edge, is s wonderful dining experience, I slways order the Halibut, Caesar Salad, Mashed Potatoes. My MAJOR COMPLAINT with Your Establishment is the fact you fon't provide Complimentary Valet Service. I am a frequent Finer at Elway's Ritz Carlton and they do provide Complimentary Valet Service while dining there. Proce wise both establishments are fairly even in price $$$$ add on $20.00 more plus another tip for Valet it's a Picey night out. Let's just say not as frequent.

Edge at the Four Seasons served one of the best brunches I've had in Denver. The country fried Wagyu steak was phenomenal, cooked perfectly with a crispy, flavorful crust. As good as it was, the pastries were even better. The s'mores pop tart was next level, with a buttery crust and rich filling. The pistachio lemon Danish and the croissant cinnamon roll were both outstanding, each one delicate and packed with flavor. I would come back just for the pastries.

The food and service were outstanding. Half the group had steaks (ribeye and filet mignon) and the others had Seabass in curry sauce. Everything was fantastic. For sides, we all loved the brussels and cauliflower. The service is exceptional as were the cocktails. Love this place.

We always enjoy eating at the Edge before the theatre. Service is always excellent. However, I think the menu needs to be updated with exception of the brunch. It was a bit noisy this time, but I know that is hard to control.

I love to visit Edge for special occasions and before shows at the DCPA. We had another scrumptious dinner last night and appreciate the service team and kitchen so much! Also, my husband has serious food allergies and he it is always safe for him to eat here.
The Edge consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience! From the moment we walk in, the staff remembers us and our preferences, including immediately bringing out gluten-free bread without us even asking. They truly know what we like! We love coming here before the theater; the theater menu is absolutely perfect. The wedge salad and filet are always cooked to perfection, and those truffles at the end are simply divine. Beyond the incredible food, the atmosphere is wonderful and the team's kindness makes every visit special. Highly recommend!

Somehow although we always go we always have a unique experience. Besides the amazing ambiance . The food . THE FOOD. This is where to eat in Denver. Best steaks best sushi , yes I went there ! It's a must. And the dessert if you have room which I always find , the toffee pudding unreal it's a sweet tooth's dream Thank you edge for always welcoming us

Our server, Adam, was attentive and made great recommendations. I ordered the garlic and her T butter to top my 6 oz filet - soooo delicious! Food was cooked to order. Hubby and I split the asparagus side - again, cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!

We celebrated my partner's birthday here. The staff were incredibly nice—I lost count of how many times they greeted her with a “Happy Birthday,” which was very sweet. The place was spotless, and the food and drinks were superb. They even provided a special treat for the birthday girl. Overall, it was a great experience!
