The buffet had enough food but my mom being a vegetarian had most options which were sweet apart from bread/bagels. The avocado toast had just a little smear of avocado and rest was thick bread. Same with salmon bagels. The juices were fresh, I liked the carrot ginger juice the best. The fresh omelette station options were nice. What was outstanding was the service. Danielle was awesome and took great care of us. She also brought a small pudding with ice cream at the end of the meal to celebrate my mom's bday which made it special! The ambience and noise levels were good. Overall a good experience, but food can be more thoughtfully curated.

Stellar food. A few service mishaps. Forgot a side item and a huge party meant the food took longer than expected. Waiter was amazing and GM brought us each a glass of champagne as a thank you for our patience. I. Would definitely visit again.

Most steak restaurants offer baked potatoes They did not have any on the menu My beet salad for $18 had 3 small beets and a few spoiled peaches It was very disappointing Our bill was over $500

It was a great experience and and great meal , my wire and I did brunch and enjoyed it immensely I would highly recommend it,Scott was our waiter and he was great to deal with,he talked with us and he was very friendly, I would definitely go back!

We arrived around 5:45pm before our show at Dazzel. The staff was very accommodating and we had a lovely evening, staff was friendly and informative. We had a great experience and will definitely be back. EDGE staff, thank you for getting our evening off to a wonderful start.

What a restaurant to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary in!! Fabulous round couch tables, Christian our server was very attentive and helpful with the menu and drinks. They have an awesome supper Tuscan by the glass and the Black Manhattan on the rick was outstanding. BZ, Bravo Zulu as we say in the Navy for a superior job well done!

Amazing service from the hostess, to the manager, to our amazing waiter, Hona. The ribeye was tender and flavorful. The asparagus was tender also and not overcooked. The desserts were decadent and really good decaf coffee too. We were treated with great attention and it was a wonderful evening.
Lovely high end restaurant, very professional and high service . The steaks were excellent . I would highly recommend this restaurant.

First time trying EDGE. The best part of our meal was the service. Highly recommend our waiter, Austin; he was super great - friendly, resourceful, great recommendations, very attentive. The rest of the staff were great, as well. Food was delicious; cocktails and wine were amazing. The sea bass was a huge hit!! The wagyu was a bit too rich; but if you like that sorta thing, go for it! All in all...we'll add it to the list.

This is an expensive restaurant and not one we will choose often, but for us it's a wonderful experience once in a while. We will be back again. We had an absolutely wonderful time there. The staff was very attentive with anything we needed.

From the moment we walked into Edge, it was an amazing experience. Adriana was our server, partnered with Britany, and from the very first moment they were both absolutely incredible. Adriana gave us fantastic recommendations, we said yes to all of them, and every dish was spot on. The menu selection was thoughtful, the execution flawless, and the standout was the Denver Nugget with caviar, truly phenomenal. The entire staff made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the night. This was one of the best dining experiences we've had in Denver, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

While it was clearly a fine dining experience, the atmosphere still felt welcoming and relaxed. We started with the crab cake appetizer and the stone fruit salad, then shared a perfectly cooked ribeye with sides of creamy mashed potatoes and flavorful mushrooms. Every bite was incredible. This restaurant has definitely earned a spot on our must-do list whenever we return to Denver.
