This is an excellent restaurant to go to before seeing any event at the Performing Art Center. It's close by, like 1 block. In addition the food & service is excellent so it is a great set up for preparing for a play or show.

The food was outstanding! We were there before a show, so we decided to go with the Prix Fix menu for theatre goers & it was truly the best value! The Edge Bread is to die for! We both had the wedge salads & 6oz filet that could've been cut with a butter knife! And the little box of truffles included were the perfect ending!! Our server, Hona, was very friendly & attentive! We don't splurge on meals like this often, but it was worth every penny!

This was one of best dinners I ever had! The food was impeccable, the atmosphere was amazing but the highlight was the outstanding service provided by the server Adriana. I am confident to say it was the best service I have ever received. From the beginning, Adriana's congeniality made us feel comfortable and appreciated. She did a spectacular job going through the menu and giving us more details about each dish and drink we asked her about. Her suggestions were simply flawless. Furthermore she was extremely careful and kept checking on us regularly making sure we were having a memorable experience. Her dedication, drive and empathy are admirable. I usually don't write reviews as they take time but I couldn't not publicly recognize the excellence we experienced at EDGE, specifically when it comes to Adriana's performance. Thank you so much for a night to remember! Will be coming back for sure

We used a Travel Zoo voucher for the weekend brunch. For the normal cost of $45, the voucher cost us $39. The food on the buffet was not hot. There was no option for omelettes. Not a great value. Would much prefer ordering off the menu and would have cost less to do so.

Excellent evening and my server, Chrissy, was so attentive and kind. The table was in a quiet spot as requested. The only quibble I would have is that for ordering the most expensive steak (40 day aged porterhouse) I would have liked them to get the temp closer to what I asked for, but I have a tolerance for more rare than requested, so didn't make mention of it as it was still a lovely, delicious evening meal to cap off my first trip to Denver. You must try the EDGE Bread!

It is a beautiful setting with gracious, attentive staff. One of us might have ordered a steak, which may be the item to order here, but the thought of grilled steak was unappealing at $50 to $100 and having to pay extra for sauces, other embellishments, and sides. So, we ordered the house bread, three nicely crisped on the outside and flaky tender on the inside rolls. This was the best part of our meal! My dish of salmon and my husband's of halibut looked like they had been sitting for a while despite our order coming very shortly after it was put in. The plates and items on them were cool to the touch. My salmon was undercooked on the inside. I understand a little bit of rare, but this was too raw for me, and I couldn't finish it. The vegetables with it were just meh, sliced celery al dente, and I don't remember anything else except that two pasta pieces were almost inedible (I think it was stuffed pasta.) The lobster bisque sauce was virtually tasteless. I could taste the lobster broth in it, but very little else. My husband's halibut dish was dry and tasteless (he ordered halibut because they didn't have their regular sea bass). This is a shame, as it was a beautiful piece of fish! While we were disappointed with our entrees, the attentive staff and the modern setting did leave a positive impression. If we were to return, we'd likely sit in the bar area for cocktails, as it had a nice, friendly vibe. We could sample some of the oysters from the oyster bar.

The food was amazing, but the service was quite bad. The waiter was constantly talking with other guests in the almost empty restaurant, causing us to wait a long time to place our order and to receive our check. The restaurant was nearly empty that morning after 10 AM.

Enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner at the Edge! The food and the service at the (Four Seasons) hotel and the Edge restaurant is always top-notch. Arriving a bit early, we left our car with the valet and enjoyed a cocktail in the lounge area - kudos to the bartender for tasty drinks and great service! We then checked in for our dinner reservation. Before being seated, the hostess asked if we were going to the theater - a good idea so the server can time things well for us to leave on time. Dinner was delicious and attractively served. Our server Austin excels at his job. He welcomed us as returning guests and remembered our favorites. Austin manages his tables with precision, appearing at the appropriate times and making sure we are checked out in time to leave for the theater. The managers also stopped by to wish me a Happy Birthday, and Austin surprised me with a delicious birthday dessert. The Edge is not only very convenient to the DCPA but a great choice for dinner.

Isaac and the bar team were warm, kind and lovely. Smooth conversations, thoughtful answers to my questions and a killer espresso martini!!Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten free and Isaac made sure to double check with the kitchen and make sure everything was safe for me.

Adam was excellent. He was attentive and made appropriate recommendations that enhanced the meal experience. The steak was perfectly cooked to medium. We ended with a dessert and espresso which did not disappoint. Great meal.

Annual anniversary dinner spot. Excellent service. Excellent food. Especially the bread with three different butters. Never disappointed. Pricy as with any upscale dining restaurant.

Had a wonderful experience, ask for Brant he is awesome. Started with the caviar, followed by a delicious hot stone wagyu, paired with a sangria. The passionfruit dessert is a must.

Went with my family for their Easter brunch buffet. It was an incredible experience! I normally don't have high expectations of buffets, but this one was incredible. There were so many staff members manning the stations, constantly plating fresh food and going out of their way to provide excellent service. My children loved the station where they could choose the filling for their donuts, watch it made, and then the server flambéed the sugar topping right in front of them. Our server was so courteous and went out of his way to make us feel cared for, and there was an Easter bunny roaming around, taking pictures with the kids and hiding eggs around the restaurant for the kids to find. It was very special.

I am not one to write reviews but my experience here leaves me no choice. My wife and I were here this last weekend while we were on a date weekend getaway. One of our daughters lives in Colorado and wanted us to try it so she got us a gift certificate to entice us to eat here. We normally don’t go to the most expensive places but we do on occasion and I honestly have never had an experience that was so bad I would not return to any of them until now. First when we arrived for our reservation no one was at the door to greet us for 5 minutes. Now 5 minutes isn’t an eternity but when you have no clue where to go to check in it can feel like like it. There’s a club of some sort next door or it’s a different vibe to the restaurant. Either way the music was very loud and kills the ambiance of the dinner. Now let’s talk about the food. The steak I ordered, the meat was top notch cooked to order perfectly but the taste well I could have ate at Texas Roadhouse and had a better tasting steak. Now let’s move on to my wife’s meal. First she had these torched salmon bites as an appetizer I do not eat seafood but my daughter highly recommended them. My wife was not particularly a fan tastes was off she said. Then she ordered the sea bass for her main course she also was not thrilled with the taste of that and mentioned that it wasn’t made right but something was off neither of us thought to much about it. We both had a glass of wine and I had a cocktail that was amazing. When we got back to the hotel about 2 hours later my wife became violently ill and began projectile vomiting. After about 2 hours she felt a lot better after clearing out her system that she was able to go to bed. Not sure if the salmon or the bass was the issue as I never got sick but she has a nose for bad food and she admitted she should not have ate it. The point is regardless of the status of a restaurant you can not serve potentially bad food to your customers. With the combined greeting at the door to the atmosphere to the food itself I can not in good conscience ever recommend this place to anyone.
